(I would be afraid to bring the mower back there not knowing if there was something to damage the mower lurking in that mess.) I had a landlord once who mowed his rental properties, or who was supposed to. The grass would get that long because you were lucky if he mowed twice in one summer.
Brian, Another great job. It started off looking hot and dry and ended up, especially the front yard, with some green grass and great edging. It improved the neighborhood so much, plus the homeowners must be thrilled at the great job you did, hopefully they can keep it up now that it's under control.

It takes skill, experience and determination to get through tall and fibrous growth. As you progress, space is recovered, views re-appear, navigability is functional. Excellent work. This probably qualifies as a "Restart", the whole yard was going out of use. Design is back. Enjoyed the Before and After photos.
