Good looking car
Great video, I thought this video should have more views!
Thank you for the kind words, much appreciated! Glad you enjoyed the video!
I have the GS hybrid In black. Great allrounder, looks menacing. Stereo could be louder and seems to quieten down when at max volume. Also space in the back could be better. Another annoyance is the sat nav keeps coming onto the dashboard when an instruction is given even when the sat nav is on the main screen, really annoying.
Thanks for sharing! As for the sat nav coming on the instrument cluster, from memory, you can disable that if you change screen on the driver's display. Could be mistaken!
@@TotallyEV No that doesn’t work. When you change to another screen on the drivers dashboard and the sat nav gives you another instruction it switches back to the say nav.
Ah darn, sorry!
Good luck getting one. I've had a petrol version on order for 11 months now.
😱
@@TotallyEV And to top it off, the dealer phoned me last week to say they aren't painting the roofs black anymore to speed up production. Even with this change he said "Don't expect it anytime soon".
Wow, that's horrific!
Or if waiting is REALLY your thing.....try getting the ST/Stationwagon..... I have this one with Hybrid motor ordered since Febr.2022.... expected delivery is now Oct.2023...Yes thats 18months IF all goed well...😬😬
Getting it in October
Which model?

The indicator noise is 'artificially produced'! How else would it be produced? Other than this inane nit picking statement it was a pretty good review.
Well, it sounds overly artificial haha. But glad you liked the review!
I remember when 180ps would have made an Astra a hot hatch, not with 1700kg+ to lug around it won’t. Another moving chicane for my 2l petrol turbo to navigate.
Ha, that's true!
The weight is 1610-30 kg.
1.2L ??? wtf
I've got the GS. It's a great car ruined by an awful, overly complex infotainment system that's full of bugs and doesn't work!
Wow thats amazing. 313 miles from a 1.6 petrol hybrid car whoop. And a bargain at 40k. Suppose a 1.6 diesel would give more miles ... roughly about 600 miles and doesn't bend the knee to the new world order 😊
:(
Hybrid is the most expencive to maintain. New brakes every 2 years, new calipers every 3-5 years, due to the braking of the engine to save energy. And 2 drivelines that can fail. I am speaking from experience here. Never hybrid again. Battery failed after 5 years, an Outlander, 10.000 to replace.
Sorry to hear that; sounds horrid!
