The workshop replaced a new twin turbocharger on my car 12.05.2023. When I drive my car got many drive train error and the car feels like in limb mode. No boost. I complain and the workshop tok a check on my car. They did not find anything. I run diagnostic with my car scanner tool Autophix Es910. The same error keep coming back. 29A400 telling the turbocharger is not calibrated. A known BMW workshop took a test on my car and they came to the same concludsion, the turbocharger is not caclibrated. I gave the bill with message from the BMW workshop to the workshop installing the turbocharger. They did nothing. Now I have got error 299100 Pressure converter turbine flap, activation open circuit. Does this mean the turbocharger actuator faults problem or the booster pressure solenoid which create boost to the turbocharger? If turbocharger actuator faults, where can I buy a new one or my BMW F11 525D Xdrive 218 HP 2012?
Hi, I have bmw f10 520d 2014 N47 engine. I’m getting drivetrain message when I’m on motorway but no power loss or anything. It goes away after 3 seconds, I have diagnostic done and it’s showing charge air pressure control positive deviation pressure too low. You think it could be the actuator or something else? By the way I’ve had turbo replaced 5 months ago. Thanks
Mine is the same. Initially we thought it was the dpf so got it cleaned and remapped. That didn’t fix it so took turbo off and sent to specialist who said its fine. Going to try a new actuator to see if it helps.
I have question about it if not working does car withs issue has a power because on my bmw x3 mechanic say i jave this issue car goes in gear 3 at the 4500 rpm without prb in number 2 its about 4000 rpm only so really dont know do i need a change this part thank if anyone has any experience of this issue and explanation would be glad to see thank you

try to scan your car with ISTA D / Carly for BMW, in this way I found out that my actuator need replace and maybe the EGR also
