That Corvette is worth every penny you put into it. This is my dream car in the perfect shade of blue. It will do nothing but appreciate from here so hold on to it and enjoy.
Owning an Italian motorcycle, these videos make me feel like I'm no alone in my pain and struggles. haha
That Corvette & the Mustang are the two best cars you own IMO!
I care nothing for any of the supercars or luxury cars or other oddball cars, those are the two I'd like to have the most!
I am convinced that Tyler purposely breaks his cars so he can keep them at the Wizard’s shop because he has no more storage room😂
😂😂
And if he floods the Wizard with more cars than he can fix, he probably doesn't get charged for storage.
Gotta admit though, Hoovies cars aren't really hard to break! Lol! (OK, maybe not the 'unwanted' Merc.)
why do you think the Wizard just purchased the next door lot to his workshop?
OMG, my wife and I BOUGHT a 64 Corvair and took it to our local mechanic to work on while our garage was being rebuilt. They NEVER charged storage while they worked on it. A YEAR and with the work they did on it the total was under $1500.00.
Well done. From what I hear Chevrolet made a huge stride in drivability with the C2. This is probably in my top 5 favorites on your channel.
Uh oh, looks like Elliot's Volvo is blowing some blue smoke..
This C2 is by far my absolute favorite car that you own!!! Definitely worth every penny that you have spent!!!!!!
The smoking Volvo at the end😂
I think that's Elliott Alvis, another Wichita car TH-camr...
Yeah the drive-by shots were taken from the Volvo. I guess the PCV system could use some TLC!
“I SMOKED that old Corvette!” Haha!
i also love the shape of the classic interior GM rearview mirror (which i believe started in 1961 or 1962). It's just so aesthetically pleasing, that shape. it's almost jewel-like.
Lol, when he said "fifty thousand dollars", my stupid sleeping brain was "fifteen thousand dollars", and for just a second my half-asleep brain had a moment of me owning one of the most beautiful cars ever built. It was a glorious second or two in my mind..
When he said “I have to break in this new engine”...
on a 60s corvette 😫💦🍆
When I was a kid I really fell in love with the 60s vettes. My great uncle had a split window which will always be my favorite but I think Hoovie's is the best color that isnt red.
I'd definitely take this vette over a lambo.
All DAY! 👐
They’re beautiful
Lmao
@@Bristol57 Nobody is talking about the dollar value or whether or not you could sell it for multiple vettes. That much is obvious. They mean if it's one or the other to just own. If you have the money to get a countach but instead bought this vette, wouldn't you save the money anyway? 🤔
@@Bristol57 or you can just buy the vette and save money and not have the hastle of trying to sell a lambo most people cant afford to buy or fix while the other guy in the vette is enjoying life and saved money and has a car that's worth money and going up in value and you see less of them on the road I'm with the vette guy
Great on road film footage, we need more of this. You should also start doing (if you're not already) professional static photo shoots of all your cars!
Says Hovie of all his 30 odd cars, "This one is something special".
Tyler, this sounds sweet and strong, just what all of us want in a Vette. I'm really glad to see this becoming a nice car again. Looking forward to see what tires you'll decide on. I'd adjust the hood before it gets chipped on the leading edge. Be sure to save that Muncie Rock Crusher this car came with. The next owner is going to want that.
I think it's the best car in yo fleet. Add vintage AC and you will too
Unless it's an original option, aftermarket "vintage" AC is pretty bad.
Keep it forever please. As a kid that was my poster car, but instead of a poster I had a die cast model in the same color. Hands down my favorite corvette next to a c6 zr1. Congrats 👍🏼
Hoovie - "I just put a new engine in!"
Also Hoovie - "It's original!"
Finally pricing! Now the perfection of your Chanel is coming through loud and clear!
If on the radio the Maybach logo appears but then the radio quits, you almost certainly have a break in the fibre optic MOST loop.
The lights in your garage destroy the beauty of the blue. Outside it's glorious. Inside it's dowdy.
4:08 84 Wagoneers were still AMC.
That's even worse....
@@JackAgainski fair, but they did something right. They made the brand work for decades on hand me down parts from the bug 3. Chrysler almost bankrupted Jeep
i think you are single handedly keeping the car wizard in business!
I built a 390hp 427 Rat for my 66 Chevelle 2 dr sedan. Haven't driven much because of the brakes and front suspension are shot. These engines are very strong and fun to drive. Maybe I'll find time soon to rebuild the suspension and brakes. I have the parts but work demands have kept me from working on it.
Where does the wizzzerd get the time a day to do all this and make videos! Wizard is already working on the magnum Ferrari!
I think Hoovie keeps the wizard busy with all of his cars alone.
Junior Mint & Magic Mike take over alot of the projects I've noticed.
It's not a Magnum Ferrari. That was a GTS, This one is a GTB.
Wizard has had the car for a month or two.
...the hustle don't sleep...
My favorite body style Vette in one of my favorite Vette colors. Great job!
6:18 can't get whip-lash with those seats, you can get whip-lower-back though! if that doesn't get you the lap belt will finish you off. This is why people were better drivers back in the day... we had to be, additionally the ones that weren't were Darwin'ed out of the driver pool!
To be fair, those cars used to be much slower than the current ones and people did drive them slower and more carefully because of fear factor.
@Lassi Kinnunen 81 I can't argue with the Thai example without any personal experience there but I see it more like having no safety harness on grand canyon tightropes, everyone left has great balance...
@@Psych0technic also a LOOOT LESS cars on the roads back then!
Singlehandedly keeping the wizard in business!
I couldn't imagine being a guy at Maaco and being like "wow I get to hack a $100,000 car today"
That corvette is just beautiful! Without a doubt top of my lottery win car shopping list. It's nearly as old as me but much better looking.
You don’t need a radio just listen to the sound of that car run that music
Amadeus Mozart couldn’t improve that engine
Beautiful corvette, glad you put the correct engine in the car, it is my favorite ride in the fleet. God bless.
Definitely my favorite "hooptie" at this point.
That thing is bad ass!
