If you don't have robot installed you will be required to install the Robot Structural Analysis Toolkit. Either ways, I thin in they must be of the same version. Not quick giving answer although
Note, there is a difference between structural foundation: Slab and structural floor. Unlike floor, slab is not a diaphragm component. Slab on grade has no analytical features unlike floors. Therefore, stair footing in the form of structural foundation will not show an analytical model. To solve this, use floor for the footing to get an analytical model.

@@bonavconsolidate The issue is whenever i change the visual graphics(turn off the model and turn on the analytical model) it disappears. Though the window is in analytic mode

Why the ground floor slab could not be converted to its analytical counterpart? I tried to convert my stair footing but no panel emerged.
