Great tutorial! For Ableton-users, Method 1: Chain/Group an Utility with either a LFO-Tool or Shaper (both max4live tools) and map Utilities Gain!
Even easier for Ableton: Use Autopan effect (Phase=0) 🙂
very useful video ! the noisegate method is the most useful, because you can create the midi pattern that triggers the vocal, thus it will be no repetitive if you dont want
More methods in logic: using free modulation and set to gain, phatFX set lfo to filter or gain and adjust rate
What makes that vocal fx house?
I guess it doesn't have to be house specifically! That's just what the genre is called that's been using it a lot! You could use this in any genre!
