Yes, he is a traitor, but he was easy to sympathize with in Warcraft 3. Blizzard pretty much turned him into a cartoon villain in Burning Crusade. Many Horde players still remember Garrosh as the honorable warchief during Cataclysm, and not the ruthless dictator during MoP. It's the same with Kael'thas for me, but my true loyalty lies with my regent Lor'themar and my mentor Liadrin.
I’ll never forgive Blizzard for ruining Kael’s lore. He needed to be a part of WotLK. He cared so much for his people , only to betray them so off handedly.

It's weird I can't point at anything and say "that's what made me turn off." I think it was just a very slow progress of poorly written story after poorly written story. For instance, I can tell when those in charge of WoW lore are leaving loose ends to make it seem like they are going to lead something in the future when really they have no idea what they are doing and they are leaving a loose end to figure it out later, maybe, if they feel like it or run out of ideas (again). Now it just feels like they are pulling stuff out of their asses constantly. Probably the greatest offense is Maldraxxus. What even is that? Scourge 2.0? They completely ignore the War of the Spider where the Necropolis architecture comes from. What even is Kel'Thuzad doing there? As for Kael's redemption arc it didn't solve the problem of him betraying his people to begin with. Also while Kael was never so arrogant and "look how powerful I am." Kael was always looking for ways to help his people, he sided with humans, naga, night elves, and Illidan all for the sake of his people. Now this could be because of the Fel energy but shouldn't that have been cleansed by his death? For him to go prancing around constantly saying "Look at me and how strong I am" feels like the writers where trying to fit him into Revendreth theme rather them staying true to his original character. This seems like a continuation of BC Kael rather than a return to WCIII Kael. I really don't see a solution to fixing Kael, outside of some really compelling scenarios that I know the lore writers are too lazy/uninterested to do. Even if they resurrected him and returned to his rightful place as a racial leader that would feel like a cop out. He would need some really compelling dialogue with Lor'Themar who has NEVER been able to fill in Kael's shoes despite him having a decent amount of attention given to him. TL;DR- No, and I'm rapidly loosing interest in WoW lore in general because how how lazy the writing is, and how it constantly recons and ignores its own lore.

I think you should add in Gelbin Mekkatorque. He can build auto-sentries on the walls, make cool machinery, and maybe even chuck wrenches or some tinkering tool at his opponents!

With the game launching in a few weeks it would be great if you did a spotlight video for each hero. I've been playing in the beta and figuring out things as I go, it would have saved a lot of time to have a video like this to give me an idea how to play each hero.

I know it's a bit to late for the spotlight, but the pop time of Flamestrike would be a nice thing for the tooltips. I've noticed while in try, that flamestrike seems to have about a 1.5 second pop so combo's like E>Q are not as effective as they seem, but instead dropping your Q to zone enemies for a E>D>W>W that might even be standing on your flamestrike can be a killer.
you should also include varian wyrnn as the next hero in hero of the storm and make his heroic call of the alliance which he could use to summon 3 other alliance leaders

Love the character, but his spell effects don't seem impactful, doesn't look powerful. Look at brand from League, he has some similar spells and his animations are wonderful in comparison. Look at invoker and see his tornado spell effects in comparison to this.

Zerathul, Nova and so many more will counter Kael'thas beyond belief. They can easily roam to him unless it's a duo lane, because his hp is gonna be lower than everyone else's (except our lord and saviour murky). There's also things that can escape his stun by using a counter ability beforehand like Tyrael's El'druin's might (Q), but he is really strong. I believe he could become one of the best damaging heroes in the game if played to a certain extent with great coordinated teammates.

Carson Foster His Phoenix is actually far more reliable then Pyro depsite Pyroblast's insane damage.
I suppose. If you're ganking, Pyroblast seems better, but in the late-game teamfights, Phoenix IS better.
