- Going to the 1/8th mile track to see what my car makes previously ran a 7.7 and now with truetrac running 7.4 got very little seat time at the track hopefully I can get some more time with the new set up and improve or get consistent runs!

Hey there I know this vid is 2 years old. I have a cammed l99 as well just wondering if the tru trac came with gears. Thanks
I have pretty much the same mods as you. I recommend 3.91 gear (for a manual trans).
I’m a auto I put a true trac with 3.73 gears
Stock the automatic cars make 340 rear wheel horsepower and the L99 has 10.3 compression if your making 440 now with upgrades is 100 more horsepower to the rear tires seems pretty dam good

What does the tru-trac do for you ?
It is a heavy duty limited slip to send power to both tires when going straight the stock limited slip is a clutch pack system and they wear out and stop working under hard launches I was only spinning one tire when it wore out
@@choppinss5552 reason for asking is I’m going 4.10 with tru trac behind a th400 and big stall

The reason I’m asking is because I have small cam and e85 sensor and was told to get lsa60# injectors
I have 80 lb injectors
So you don’t have an ls3 right?
It’s a l99 Cz it’s automatic but when I cammed it I took all the vvt and dod so pretty much an ls3 kinda lol
How much did it cost u to get the DoD delete and cam installed
