Parmesan is fake, Parmigiano Reggiano is the original
or you could just... you know.... grind the cheese on top to make it easier.

In Italy we consider Grana Padano a fake cheese! Next time try to use PARMIGIANINO REGGANO (minimum 24 months)

2-if i can't eat it all in a day can it be saved like in a fridge or something for days or as soon as it's cut it must be eatin immediately or it will go bad
