Hi, My DVR has been just powering up and then restart immediately in 3-5 seconds. This has been happening consistently since last night, Can you please let me know what could be the issue. Thanks!

Is it possible that this issue can occur if there is multiple dvrs on same network would i have to modify second dvrs ip address? It only occured after system reboot itself to make space on hdd. Then remains in boot loop.

my box kept beeping ...the cameras at the rear of the house were flashing red ...but when i turn the rear security light on ...no flashing cameras no beeping box !! could it be the cameras are faulty ?

Hello like to ask I bought a second hand cctv the unit on switching on the control the hdd led light is lit up and the beeping is on continuously and display showing up on monitor can you advise please

I want to say thank you so very much for making that video for people like me a female senior my DVR has stopped recording and I needed the record to work because there is apartment complex next to the home that I own and I was saying I couldn't afford to buy another new CCTv security camera and I went on and watch your presentation like I said did not have a problem with it beating I just had a problem that it stopped recording I knew I had bought some new power adapter years ago for the DVR so what I did after finish watching your your video I went back and changing the wires and sure enough the power cord must have died so I put a new power cord and connect it now it's recording back again the light is blinking on my DVR I want to say thank you so so so very much I say someone hop over my Lock Fence or tried to break into my home Elites the security camera with capture did they face where I live we having so much your crime of carjacking robbery you name it and where I live people call it Big Easy the city that never sleeps

My cameras all are working but the hard drive says no HDD… and it keeps on beeping. Does that mean it’s time for a new hard drive?

When no HDD is seen, it could be a sign of a faulty or bad Disk Drive, in some occasions it could also be a failing power supply that is not supplying ample power to the unit but just enough for the unit to turn on but the drive receives not enough amperage to spin properly.
