Would disagree that the star gen doesn't make that big of difference because his star gen was already quite good. To show the difference: in a bqq chain he used to average 21 stars and gen 16 minimum. Now he gens 28 average and 24 minimum so his bad rng star gen is now better than his average gen. In fact his new average is higher than his maximum number of genned stars previously.
Karna buff was not enough to make him compete with so much AOE buster lancer out there, but the star bomb is helping his dps so much, It'll be better if it's 3 turn absorb, he''ll be better DPS. And Okita summer buff is good, welcome to the black grail gang. Mizugi Okita san daishouriiii !!!!!!
25% NP made perfect sense when an MLB Imaginary Number was 75% and that was one of the best options most players had. It let him use that to go on turn one, and higher than 20% charge was fairly rare back then. It just wasn't compatible with a Buster looping system that was added six years later. /shrug
Yeah, IMO they should have given the buff when they removed the one CE the skill synergized with from the summoning pool. Now I'm hoping the SSR Archer is Arjuna, so he gets the same treatment.

I spent an hour writing these ideas and trying to make it broken but still somewhat balanced(basically an excuse to add even more difficult quests (and maybe a new castoria banner (and a break the seal quest like Oberon for the new ascension (which doesn't change the actual models just gives a new NP and FA art (I am thinking something representing the journey between the player and her in LB6(also put an LB6 requirement on the quest to get the castoria buff Basically the seal being broken is a quest where you get the buffs from beating it and have to basically speedrun LB6 Round 1 Tam Lin Gawain, Baobhan Sith, Melusine, calminity of Norwich, Barghest(fire of the Welsh forest) and last but not least for round 1 A-ray Hundred Species, Grand Duke of Waste Heat, Woodwose. Round 2 Morgan, Morgan, Melusine, Albion remnant, Black dog Barghest, Cernunnos as the calamity of Norwich Round 3 ending with a fight against the 7 Oberon's (Oberon as a friend in the journey, Oberon as the final boss, and Oberon as the one who manipulated her journey, Oberon as the ruler, Oberon as a rider, Oberon as a caster and Oberon as a Archer (an excuse to make a BS Difficulty quest)(I would give it either a EX+++ rating or more fun a 120+ difficulty rating (with all 7 of the Oberon's basically being the same as was used in his break the seal quest but 7 times over) Yes the goal is something that is intentionally difficult but not impossible but also makes the fandom thankful for the new castoria(tonelico)
And yes that break the seal quest would be absolutely evil in terms of difficulty but it's also intended to block the most powerful servant in the game (for arts at least IMO) from exiting the stratosphere

Seeing the crazy buff to hans crit skill leads me to believe that maybe the buff is gonna be to the crit on waver's skill, think about it a 2 star is giving the a stronger buff in aoe, while waver gives a much weaker version to a single target, but who knows
For Karna's damage I guess you could use his Mana Burst on the 2nd wave since the Koyan cooldowns will recharge it by turn 3 if you use Karna-Oberon-Vitch-Vitch

Personally, very happy so far. Not every buff is exactly how I'd do it - they could easily have afforded giving Karna a 50%, and one more effect to Raikou's skill - but the critical needs have been met, on older Servants who really needed it, and a whole swath of them at once. That alone is worth celebrating.
Why are Karna's T1 and T2 damage so low and at the same value? His Mana Burst is on a 5 turn cooldown, so he should be able to use it on any two turns he needs to, not just turn 3.
Waver buff so became stronger/on pair with her assistant. His kit is to basic and he is the OG caster. Some form of a rainbow buff in three turn should be perfect (i can dream)
the looping is still pretty shaky with okita. she can barely do it with traces and triple skadi and the damage is pretty low. she's fine enough against riders though which is where you'd expect her to be used most. black grail is a no go on anything but riders unless you can get 7 overkill hits on wave 1 and 2.

His buster is on a 6 turn cool-down so it’s only turn 2 that’s unaffected by it (koyanskaya cool-down reduction)
3:23 It’s 5 turn cool-down, so you can actually use it for any two turns (1-2, 1-3, or 2-3)
My cope for tomorrow would be Tamamo and Liz. Summer Tomoe or Gareth on day 7 would also be nice.

Seeing the crazy buff to hans crit skill leads me to believe that maybe the buff is gonna be to the crit on waver's skill, think about it a 2 star is giving the a stronger buff in aoe, while waver gives a much weaker version to a single target, but who knows

For Karna's damage I guess you could use his Mana Burst on the 2nd wave since the Koyan cooldowns will recharge it by turn 3 if you use Karna-Oberon-Vitch-Vitch

You can actually use karna's mana burst in turn 2 too, and with koyan CD reduction you will have it back in turn3

As a Vritra enjoyer, I was coping hard it’d be her but alas, yorokobe, Karna fans.
Personally, very happy so far. Not every buff is exactly how I'd do it - they could easily have afforded giving Karna a 50%, and one more effect to Raikou's skill - but the critical needs have been met, on older Servants who really needed it, and a whole swath of them at once. That alone is worth celebrating.
Why are Karna's T1 and T2 damage so low and at the same value? His Mana Burst is on a 5 turn cooldown, so he should be able to use it on any two turns he needs to, not just turn 3.
Waver buff so became stronger/on pair with her assistant.
His kit is to basic and he is the OG caster.
Some form of a rainbow buff in three turn should be perfect (i can dream)
How can karnas damage be 69722 in both T1 and T2, when karna can activate his mana burst in T2 and T3 in VVO comps?
His trend of dmg should be T1

the looping is still pretty shaky with okita. she can barely do it with traces and triple skadi and the damage is pretty low. she's fine enough against riders though which is where you'd expect her to be used most. black grail is a no go on anything but riders unless you can get 7 overkill hits on wave 1 and 2.

I believe that Okita can now loop using BG with double Skadi and Oberon, or triple skadi with max append 2
