Follow Us as we share with you our recent stay experience at Pan Pacific Singapore. This is our first time checking into this property, and we are very excited to share our experience with you.
We booked a room with access to the Pacific Club and must say that Pan Pacific actually won our hearts in many ways.
For a start, we were accorded VIP treatment as a staff got in touch with us prior to the stay and asked about our estimated time of arrival on the day of our stay. Upon arrival, the hospitality team including Shine and Sel were already on standby at the entrance giving us a very warm welcome. We were whisked away to our allocated room (i.e. a Pacific Harbour Room) where Sel would complete the check-in formalities. We knew our stay was off to a very good start!
The room was really comfortable and since it was on a high floor, we had a very good view of Singapore’s cityscape. We love the bed which guaranteed us a very good night’s rest.
The Pacific Club which opens from 1pm till 10pm offers club room guests afternoon tea at 3pm and evening cocktails and canape at 6pm. We were really impressed with the extensive selection of beverages and the decent food offerings. The selection of alcoholic beverages, which hold a special place in our hearts, was to our liking and we enjoyed both the afternoon tea and evening cocktail session very much!
As it was raining throughout our stay, we did not get to use the swimming pool. We did however utilize the gym for a great workout before breakfast on check-out day. The gym was nicely equipped with the essential equipment for all forms of physical training and conditioning. Both the pool and the gym will have to be booked in advance to limit capacity at any one time.
Breakfast was at The Edge restaurant and club room guests were assigned a dedicated seating area. There is an express queue too! Although the selection at breakfast was a tad limited in our opinions, we still enjoyed it considering that there was champagne, and we could wine and dine pretty comfortably.
We really enjoyed our stay at Pan Pacific Singapore, and we credit this to the very accomplished, warm and hospitable staff who helped made a difference. Special mention goes out to Shine, Sel, Jane, Angelique, Jayrick, and many others and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be back again very soon!

Hi Guys, great review again. It seems the Pan Pacific has undergone a complete refurbishment. When i was there a couple of years ago, it looked very dated and oldfashioned. Now it looks very modern and elegant. Especially the afternoon tea at the club lounge looked amazing. Thanks for this very informative video and i hope you had a great time there. Looking forward for your next review.

We really like this hotel, we book another night on the day we check out.
We think it's a great deal for this experience, great staffs, champagne breakfast and nice food.

Hi guys! Thanks for the comprehensive review! Which would you recommend - Pan Pacific Deluxe Room 100% dining credit for $400 or Park Royal Pickering Urban Junior Suite Life Package at $500. I'm torn between these 2 because it looks like Pan Pacific Hotel F&B is better but the ParkRoyal deal is seems really attractive. Thanks in advance for your help!

We will choose Pan Pacific, as the club lounge is much more comfortable and the afternoon tea is really good. Bad point on Pan Pac is the breakfast is really lousy but "club room" guest get champagne breakfast, so make sure you book the room with lounge access.

Well darn. I didn't pay attention to notices and didn't catch the premier of this. Oh well...i'll do what I usually do, comment as I watch : VIP check in in the room, nice touch. I like that the refrigerator is at an elevated height. When you're 6 foot 4 inches like me, it's always difficult having to bend down (I won't go there LOL). I like the pull out for the glasses. That is a good use of space for the amenities. First downpoint for me, I'm not a fan of the placement of the tea/coffee service items. A bit small couch/chair/lounge. Very nice closet area. Always a thrill to see your TH-cam channel name displayed on the TV LOL. I love the large screen that covers the windows. Nice club lounge. I think when things get back to a bit more normalcy in the world, a few more people in the lounge will make it look great. Did I hear correctly that Shaun ordered a long flat? What is that? That cocktail hour. Wow. I can't get over Shaun's expressions. Classic. The bed turn down looked really impressive. I love the arch fold down. Sorry to hear about the water temp. That for sure is my one pet peeve anywhere. Hot water. And definitely no judgements on going to the bathroom at night LOL I always sit down cause I don't want to turn on the lights and wake myself up anymore that I need too LOL. That final tea service set up looked really good. Glad to see that you still had a decent stay. As always, hope you both are doing well. We have little complaints about this hotel and what probably was the best would have to be it's software - the people who made sure we are looked after very well. The room was really comfortable as well and the service offerings was in our opinion great too.

The great staffs service is the best rewards to us, we booked another night on the day we check out, it's really worth for the money.
The hotel is not open on a full service yet, we have not try their best offer so we only will tell you once they back to normal full service.

We are very new to the loyalty programme, so far we happy with the benefits.
We got the 2 stays challenge to get the platinum status last year, you can email them for status match.
We got the room upgrade and late check-out for this stay.
We also booked another Discovery Hotels to get the local experience. It's something new, as long you understand how it work then you will like the programme.
Just that we have not booked the regular room and upgrade to club room before. Maybe Platinum is too low.
We will try to book more Discovery hotels and share the experiences.

Currently serve a la carte buffet, you can order as much as you can but the selection is a bit boring.

Kindly recommend me which room is more affordable and suitable for me and my family? i would actually like to have a room which is facing MBS and Mandarin Oriental Hotel and also i would like to ask if the baby cot is free of charge? one last question, is the breakfast buffet?

You may consider their Great Fun-mily Escapade Package, there will have a sofa bed and a small safari tent for the kid.
Usually baby cot is free in Singapore, make sure you let the hotel know you are travelling with kids and they get to have some toy and kid shampoo~
Breakfast is buffet stay, and we love the breakfast very much.

Kids and babies are welcome to stay, you might need to check with the hotel about the lounge hour, some timing below 16yrd are not allowed to go in.

Hello Dave, we would say this is a pretty decent one considering that it offers a good view. However, in terms of F&B offerings, we do not think of it as the best. We think Ritz Carlton Club Lounge would top the charts for us. Warm and friendly service and quality meal presentations throughout the day. Plus the fact that the flutes are never empty! ☺️☺️☺️

Great vlog. . The high tea and the room nibbles looked so yum ( calorie count went skyhigh) the evening food look yum. Off course the gym was outstanding for a hotel gym. The only downside to me is I like the china town area to stay in. As its closer to Maxwell road and the city. Is thete much to to do in the area that this hotel is located ?

The hotel is near to Marina Bay, there u can nice gardens, merlion, singapore flyer, nice food around.
Not bad location just that. Slightly price area.
You guys are good ambassadors for SG. It be good vlog if there was a evaluation for different budgets / price range which include . Service. Dining amenities. . As best under $100/$200/$300 and course luxury 😃
