Hey, many of those contracts are held by national companies. We offer opportunities to instructors aligned with us to teach those particular companies. Read here to learn more about government contracts: www.vitalipartners.com/blog/2022/06/how-to-get-cpr-contracts/
If you are doing business in multiple counties, do you have to get a business license for every country you work in? Also, if you are in multiple states, do you need an LLC for each state?
This is going to depend on each states laws. We hold business licenses for each county and city we have a brick and mortar office in. However, we do not get additional licenses for counties we are just providing a service in. You should not need multiple LLC's either, but you should check with a business lawyer or accountant in your area that is more familiar.
I'm strongly considering starting a CPR business, and I just started checking out AHA over ARC and I really need some info on how to get instructor training and licensing. Any advice would be appreciated!
Hi Tammie, most people do start out as sole prop unless you're generating enough $$$ and want to be an LLC. This is best advised by your lawyer. Once you have an EIN, you still need to get a business license from your city and county where you operate. They may or may not have you file taxes regulatory. You're responsible to remit taxes. An accountant is going to be your best friend here.
Great info. I am definitely interested in this business! Thank you for sharing

So the LLC is not the business License?
Correct. Typically you start with an EIN and LLC from your state and then go get a business license from your city AND county.
What is the business category in LLC for CPR training center?
It doesn't really matter, but education is a good option.

Hi, so would you advise to get LLC to train CPR?
We can't answer that for you. You'd need to reach out to an attorney.
No
