Tip: In the last time she transforms into phase 1, after the Sagittarius, she can spawn a pair of purple zeppelins or one green and one purple zeppelin. In the second case, the purple zeppelin will always give you a parryable projectile, so kill the green zeppelin and the parry it easily. This also happens at least twice during this phase, without stalling, so if you need more, you can always stall for more. This also makes it unnecessary to parry the pink projectile that is launched during the Gemini Twins' vortex attack.

Yo, great guide! Some other tips I'd like to share:
1. During her first phase, you can plant yourself right at the top of the screen near the center and use the lobber bombs. Almost all of them will hit her, and they can take out any mini zeppelins that appear at the top. Since Hilda never goes that high up on the screen, her laugh attack will never hit you! It's also pretty easy to dodge any attacks you may encounter from the mini zeppelins.
2. I know this has been said before, but you can use the whetstone to 1-hit kill the blue stars during the Sagittarius phase. This makes it WAY easier, like genuinely. I definitely think divine relic is the way to go for this fight.

One thing I’ve noticed while trying to S Rank Hilda Berg is that when she transforms into the Gemini Twins, the first purple mini zeppelin will always have a parryable attack, as well as the Sagittarius phase. Also in the phase before the moon phase, whenever there’s a green and purple mini zeppelin on screen, the purple mini zeppelin will always have a parryable attack

@@IceColdCombos They didn't buff her and nothing is bugged. You just need to keep at it if you haven't given up already. This is tough, especially for a first time s ranker.
I would not recommend using the heart ring for this one, you don't get cards from parrying so ex moves are reduced and I think that's why people are having the time limit problem.

A small tip: You can actually kill the blue stars with the whetstone if you use the divine relic wich can make the second transformation a bit easier.

@@stripedrajang3571 A charm. Using that charm lets you deal damage with parries, this is useful in plane bosses to get rid of minions mainly because it's a part of the divine relic.
tip:in the final phase the normal ex does more damage when she has her face extended so spam ex when she extends her face
A few more small tips:
- I’m pretty sure that in the Gemini twins phase, you can pass though the vortex as long as you don’t hit the bullets.
- In the Sagittarius phase, if you aim it right, the bombs can destroy the blue stars as they shoot out of the arrow.
Great, I'm going to keep this stuff in mind when playing this level as Miss Chalice again.

This guide was actually really helpful, especially the part about the ufos. I always thought that the red ones shot from the left side of the left half of the screen, with the brown shooting at the right side of the left half and stopping where the reds start so it really helpful, and it was the only part i was stuck at for the s rank.
I do have a couple of tips and just notes on my route as well though:
I personally use the coffee as i feel that it allows for me to got more shots off on the boss consistently with my ex without giving yourself a downside, because i never really found smoke bomb to be that useful, and i'm avoiding the use of dlc stuff unless it's for the dlc bosses, as i feel it gives me an unintendded advantage over them.
And also i'd recommend using the peashooter ex shots for hilds moonfight whenever she throws her head out as the ex hits her 6 times dealing a total of 90 damage per shot, and if you get a bit lucky it can get stuck on the ufos and deal a lot more damage than usual.
Even after 8 months this was still useful I did not know about the UFO difference I though it was RNG.

The red ones aren't that terrible but the brown one sometimes damage me as it wasn't short enough to dodge even when mini-plane

Heres another tip you can whetstone the blue orbs shot by the archer
The pink bullets on the purple Zeppelins are always at the same time. So you can memorize where they are.
Generally yes, surprisingly doesn't mean it's much easier to get them, like during the Vortex attack from the Gemini Twins; it's completely RNG whether you're able to get it or not for example.
During the transition to the last phase, switch to the bombs and hit Hilda as many times as you can
Dude. In the last phase I was doing well, the one right before the moon. But then TWO OF EACH MINIBLIMP COLOR SPAWN AND I LOSE MY RUN BECAUSE OF BAD RNG
I wouldn't recommend the heart ring for this, you don't get cards from parrying so the number of ex moves are reduced. If you upgraded the relic, i would definitely recommend that, otherwise I'd go with ms chalice.

For the bow phase I use divine relic because it’s whetstone can break the stars while u are still doing damage

That's the same issue I had with ribby and croaks. I beat him not once not twice not three times not 4 times but five times before I finally qualified.

Sagittarius phase is killing every attempt, and when I do finally get passed it hitless the green zeppelins seem to spawn even crazier
I feel you. Using a Super at the beginning right when he's about to shoot is a very good strategy to making his phase as short as possible. Whetstone them as well if you have that and otherwise, make sure to go mini to dodge things you typically get hit by, i.e the green zeppelins and the tornadoes.
Another hint: if you are using the divine ring you can use the whetsone attack to get the stars out the way

Edit: Oh, do you mean the stars during the Sagittarius attack (Archer guy)? Yes, that is a decent tip to get rid of those nasty buggers :)
Using the bombs to land at the tip of his bow destroys the blue stars before they are deployed.

Edit: the vortex in Gemini phase isnt random. Its in any diagonal direction
For me, the problem is the time requirement. I feel like the damage output isn’t good enough to warrant most of the bullsh** the game throws at you. This fight is also really dry on parries, which blows if you use parry ring.
I didnt know you could tell which ufos attack right after going through them and which ufos attack right before doing so. up until now i thought its random and you gotta find out by yourself😅

I really hate how every content creator thinks everyone has the dlc
I have no idea what this has to do with the video if we're being real. None of the footage has anything that shows that you NEED the DLC, and I even give the charm recommendations at the beginning straight away to not waste any time. Me recommending the two most obviously helpful charms that happen to come from the DLC has no meaning or effect on the video whatsoever and only serves to aid the players that might want or need those charms recommended. If anything, not using Heart Ring and Divine Relic would make it EASIER to do some of the strats I recommend in the video. So yeah, I'm not sure what this comments supposed to mean regarding this video 🤷
