Here’s What Happens: Phase 1 & 3 & 5: More Zepplings, The Green Zeppling Shoots 5 Bullets! and The HA’s Go Out Faster Phase 2: Dimitri Is First, The Ball Only Shoots For A Randomly Short Time Phase 4: The Arrow Guy Instead Of Random, The Arrows Go Out Faster Phase 3 & 5: The Tornado Goes Holy Moly! Phase 6: 5 UFOs And The Stars Go Out Faster
Now do it without the bombs like I did. It's even harder. No, seriously, I never even thought about switching to the bombs and just kept the regular fire. But I think that's really nice. For getting an S rank without the bombs, I mean.
I've been attempting to S rank her Earlier I managed to beat her without getting hit, did all 3 parries and filled the special to 6 My time was fucking two minutes and 11 seconds Like, how can I have a perfect run and still fail lol
I'm not sure but I think the max time you can get is 2:10 for bosses (excepted King Dice), I got 2:06 on the frogs and still got the S-rank. If that's correct you're 1 second too slow, sorry! D:
I've S-Ranked Hilda Berg a little differently than this video. I was really aggressive with bombs in her first 2 transformations, using special attacks liberally. In this way, I was able to have the Gemini sisters form only launch one spark attack and focused about 7 - 9 bombs on the archer's hand holding the bow, then hit him with a full five card special for a quick defeat. In her form before the moon, I let a few purple mechanical fish live so that I might parry their shots (It's easier to get them here rather than the pink stars, which you'll probably have to get at least one anyhow). I continue to attack with specials in her transformative spazz phase - I didn't worry about getting 5 cards, I hit her with the "bullet bill" special as much as I could. I switched to guns for the final phase and focused on being shrunk and evasive during the UFO launches. If you're aggressive enough at the start of the fight, you'll have enough time during the moon phase for about 3 UFO launches and still be under 2 minutes for the win (easier said than done). The player in the video above does a good job with the UFO beam attacks: slide in front of the red ones, prompt the yellow ones to fire early enough so they don't trap you on the left side of the screen. My best S-rank time using this method is 1:46.

Despite being a nightmare it’s still the easiest airplane boss to S rank.......
