I have a Sportage 3 SL with the factory nav system. however it's been lagging alot after all these years and i decided to buy an android car nav from china. they said with the canbus harnas system it should work with my model but when i installed it , it just didn't. they also said my original cam should work yet it isn't working, nor is the steering wil controls and my sound is super low. do you think i could get it all to work if i tried checking the cables pinout?

Hi, I cannot really recommend any product that I have not tested yet. There are many canbus online. I will advise you splend some time to review the best canbus for your KIA.
The original purpose for the one wire is for the amp. Obviously if there is nothing in pin 18 then that’s not going to work as intended. How would I wire up the amp?

My sorento came with a back up camera already. Will this work with this head unit ? Will the sensors still work aswell ?
The back sensor will work. The camera will not work unless you know the wires for that in your car.

Unfortunately the radio is currently out of stock according to the seller. You can buy brands like Joying and Atoto.
All the ground wire do I connect them into one and use one wire as a ground for all of them ?
Just connect all the ground wires together.

You could try a pinout that matches your exact vehicle. It seems your car has a factory Amplifier? You will need to look online for resources.
Will this only work with a head unit that has capability of programming the individual button settings as you do at the end of the video?

Key 1 is all you need for the steering control function
Where did you get the extra pin you needed for the harness. ( one on the pink wire)
I pulled it out from an extra harness pins I have available to me. If you have spare harness around or you can buy online.
