As long as I don't run the two programs at the same time, can I keep them both installed on my computer, or would you recommend that I uninstall Podium before I get started with installing VRay?

When you add a light, is it doing anything in your render at all? I've never heard of the lights just not showing up once you add them with the lights toolbar
What is the deference between vray 3.6 and vray next ... And there is a problem that whenever I search for vray 3.6 the results shown instead vray next. need help with the interactive render, as I'm working it takes so long for the pixels to go away. also as I'm rendering it all still looks quite cartoon-ish and nothing like your interactive render

can i have more then one vray fur per group ?
I don't know the answer to that one - if you can't, couldn't you just create a new group and put it in that one?
