I just came here from Daniel’s vlog. Thank you both for working as a team to document Monty’s journey. I have seen a lot of animal births and I have never seen such a quiet birth like Monty. I adore Monty’s expression “Am I good girl? Am I doing good?” Joey, your amazing with the deliveries. So calm & assuring. My deepest sympathies for Snowball. She will now be the little Angel of the pack. ✌🏻💖🐾
I'm actually still confused after watching both videos if there were originally 12 or just the 11. In this video it seems like Joey managed to re-animate the only one that was a close call and I didn't get the impression that any of them didn't make it. Did Joey block snowball out? Or maybe Daniel managed to obscure it from him, so Joey never knew? It seemed like Joey didn't know about the death of snowball at all, which was born in 10th, before the last two, right?

Wow once again I am in awe of how calm you remain through the birth of so many puppies! Joey you are just a natural, the perfect midwife with your reassuring voice and handling of the newborn puppies. Monty did so well being a first time mum and listened to your gentle instructions. I am sorry you lost Snowball, may she, Lily, Goldie, Daphne, and Lavender/Dash always be your guardian angel dogs, and help the people who are going to be the new families to Monty's puppies love them as much as you do. Oh, my gosh, Monty was amazing! I love how she looked up at you after giving birth to many, as if asking, "Did I do a good job, Dads?" Joey, you were so calm and reassuring. You are always pure love with your animals. All of the babies are so beautiful! I'm so sorry about little Snowball - sweet angel. Heartbreaking. I thought it was weird when you said that the last one was "number 12," and then adjusted it to 11. Now I know why. Sending you guys big hugs.

I am so glad you were able to be there to help deliver those babies. Of course, one of them you had to bring back to life--sound familiar! You were fantastic.Monty handled it like a champ for this first delivery You and Daniel did so well as a team and she really needed both of you guys. You really saved her you could tell she was scared and didn't know what to do in the beginning.
I can already tell Monty's going to be an amazing mother I'm so proud of her for how she pushed out all those puppies she was a very strong Golden Retriever tell her I love her so much

Joey, I'm so tempted to get one of those babies. I'm in Vegas but originally from Cali & visit my family all the time there. I'm coming back to visit in February so if the puppies are available then, I would love to pop in & adopt one. I've always wanted a golden retriever. I also helped my dog give birth & my daughter's cat as well. It's such a magical experience. Congrats to you & Daniel on the babies!!

Congrats to all 🥰 I remember when I was 6 years old and me and my cousin and uncle helped 16 puppies unfortunately 3 were stillborn but I remember feeding them by bottle as there wasn't enough nipples for all
You can tell Joey just thrives in this situation! Amazing job guys!!
This spring, our guardian dog gave birth to nine puppies. One unfortunately had a nerve defect and was having fits so had to be put down, but the rest were perfectly healthy. Rest in peace Snowball, and good for you Monty! Proud mama.

I just saw one of the TH-cam videos for the very first time when you gave all the Chihuahuas a bath they have so many fleas on them. I'm already addicted to your show. I'm gonna watch It all day today. I love watching people caring for animals.
Thank you for sharing this experience. I watched it both channels. You guys worked well together as a team to bring the puppies into the world. I know this means a lot to both of you.
My dog was part of a litter of 8, which was kind of a lot for the small dog her mother was and the delivery was traumatic for the owners. Three dogs died during delivery and a few hours following. 5 dogs were left, my girl Chloe was the smallest of the five and concerningly small, the dog slightly above her in weight died the following day so the owners of the mom were determined to help the rest live no matter what it took. They made sure to lift Chloe to the nip and handfeed her as well with advice from vets and ultimately managed to ensure she lived.
I credit them tremendously both with saving my dog but also dealing with all that awful stress and still pushing through to help the puppies get through safe. I can't imagine what that would be like, so I just want to credit you for helping these dogs get through labor safely. I know from secondhand knowledge it can go to devastating places and I'm glad these dogs have had great help

FYI you don't rub the gel in the belly when you're doing the ultrasound just put a quarter size on the belly put the wand on it and move it around.

I love all the work you do helping rescues especially the expecting animals but I wish you would really give more information about spaying and neutering animals because so many rescues are full, foster homes unavailable and people keep allowing dogs and cats go unaltered to create another animal to find a home for. Please share your wisdom to help decrease the over crowding and abandonment.
