How do I tell a girl not to touch me in a delicate way? I will admit, I sometimes still feel like an incel despite having a girlfriend, probably because I feel that my 20s were a waste, didn't have a serious relationship until the beginning of my 30s.

Probably because women just have to exist and they are guaranteed attention and options from Men, that requires no skill or no social dynamics, no game or no seduction.

From your post you lack self confidence and self worth. You need to build your self respect and get some hobbies to get her off your mind. Hit the gym, play a sport, something to get you out of the house. Pursue something that'll make you happy and to accept life is tough. But this is just a stepping stone for something better.
