I'm hyped for spellslinger to get stronger, I feel like it's way more fun with arcane and just feels more seamless and consistent than sun fury
i love how it is simple and no brainer when there is no new proc to take care of
Fire just need damage tuning. Fire gameplay and design wise is fantastic
yeah man, I also dont understand why pve and pvp is always looked at synchronically., You always have pve and pvp patch updates so if a class is doing good in pve but not in pvp, just buff pvp wise? For fire living bomb was busted, ok nerf it.
Then move damage to fireball and pyroblast and fireblast and phoenix for example? I mean whats the waiting for, now its inplayable
Fire is sooo fun but when I switch to arcane I just do 300k more dps and keys are easier… so I will play till it’s a little closer in comparison 😂
I really don't understand the need for Sunfury to get buffs when it was already outperforming Spellslinger for Arcane by a good 10%. The changes to Spellslinger also seem quite underwhelming, widening the gap between the two even more. Spellslinger just doesn't seem viable for higher keys now when it's clearly the more fitting spec fantasy and is also really fun to play in my opinion.
I hate the ley drinker change since it forces arcane more toward sunfury while spellslinger gets left farther in the dust. Ive never understood the reason why they keep doing changes that point AWAY from arcane barrage.
4 charges after double blast + barrage talent at row 1 actually is a huge win for spellslinger tho, might make it better than Sunfury after the talent tree nerf it kept getting
Mage is my 8th 80 and I was struggling to pick a main, I got him higher than any of my other characters in a quarter of the time. Looks like I’m maining mage.
Whaat.. I really liked that living bomb animation while playing frost. Does a lot for the frostfire immersion. I hope they made that change to get a hold of fire, but still.. Sad
They did that, living bomb is a nightmare ability to balance, hopefully some more small Fire buffs will follow for Frostfire Fire and it'll be playable, Sunfury Fire on retail is already playable especially after the 24th October buffs

When are they going to tune mage pvp? Getting nuked from 6.5mil hp to basically nothing in a few globals by frost and arcane doesn't feel great while their weirdly both very slippery and tanky atm

But yet paladins balance and even shadow priest are on their what 10th rework? People hating on mages for weird reasons. Let classes be good who cares. Let people enjoy their spec. The more blizzard reworks a class the more they will work on others. My rogue is still bugged out and yet it drives me crazy but if they can fix the issues with mages then they can fix rogues as well. Stop hating on classes let people enjoy their spec. I hope this rework makes them even better same way I was hopping for survival rework. Stop jumping on the mage hate train.

@@miguelmontes146 last I saw bear is one of the best tanks. Last I saw balance gets rework after rework. Not to mention go watch a video on how to play mage. Arcane has to play around bugs, manage tons on buffs and has to pray that those “bugs” don’t get fix because it’s the only way the class works. If it was any other class or spec people wouldn’t be upset but because it’s mages everyone wants to throw a fit. As I said I get a class or spec being ignored I feel it with my rogue. Echoing reprimand doesn’t work with our hero talents. The hero talents are terrible to play with. My whole point is stop hating on classes that need the fixes simply because it’s a mage.

I think frost mage is in such a good place, the spec is so well designed with a tight and satisfying rotation that its been kinda the same since legion, really good seeing my main doing well(and being a MONSTER in pvp)

Frost might be good in pvp. But in pve it is extremely boring.
i hate that frostfire is basically just balance druid. and balance druid's wrath and starfire casting is such a clunky lame mechanic
