Great vid guys, although I do think you should note that the XR Classic has the same length, width, and hight as a GT, only with a wider tire and thinner rails. I'd hate to see people expect the old XR form factor and be dissapointed. On another note, I've been seriously enjoying my GT at college, the range is awesome!
I love my pint s I got 2 months ago. But I definitely would have got xr classic if I knew. What’s funny is I was waiting for a xr type board and just didn’t wait long enough.
Love my GTS loved my xr. Wife loved her pintx, loves her pintx/s. And we just received the xrc for her today. ❤❤😊😊 kinda wish there was a buy back program. Less than 200 miles on her pint/s. Anywho, keep them coming.
It would make sense if the GT could be ordered with the recurve rails like the other 2 boards.and the 6” hub ! Something to think about. Also the option to switch foot pads would be awesome for a up charge obviously but still better than having to by them separately after.
I get haptic buzz right around 18 mph, and I've rarely got any pushback. My ideal cruising speed is around 17 mph so it's not an issue for me, but I wouldn't expect to get 20 mph unless you're super light or comfortable pushing through the pushback.
I'm looking to buy the GTSR next week. I've seen some people show concern for the electronic controllers and architecture which was made for the GT and not upgraded to support the higher voltage of the GTSR, making it prone to failing under heavy use. Should I be concerned? I've already picked out the colors I want, but I value my face a lot.
Yes, its up to 20 on paper but i've heard a lot that buzz kicks in at 18, so realistically you're getting up to 18 or 19. Definately still an upgrade tho.
What’s amazing to me is I am 240 pounds and I’m enjoying a pint that I got at a garage sale more everyday and to just think that I can only go up from here no matter what my next board is m, is just an amazing feeling, either a pint s or a rally for sure in my future
How about an entry level board for kids that’s smaller, lighter, cheaper, and safer than the pint? It comes with additional safety features like some sort of bumper wheel fangs, lower speeds, more stability, better lights, etc? Highly customizable and extremely easy to swap out parts. Onewheel Grom starting at $349?
I persaonally wouldn't go GT-S unless you're doing tons of trail riding. I've got a regular GT and the range is really nice; plus the 20 mph top speed is actually 20 or 21, as opposed to the pintx/s sitting at 18 or 19. If i were you, id go XRC (which runs the same power as a GT) unless you absolutely need GT range, and save a thousand dollars over the S series.
@ Appreciate the response! I’m big into street riding personally, but have just wanted that extra top-speed headroom when riding my ESK8/Scooter friends lol. I am super fond of the lowered stance, and overall profile of the XRC (as well as the upgraded firmware with that gnarly turn compensation that the pint X/S has). That GT-S just has that future proofing that will keep up with other PEVs. I’ve been leaning towards that XRC but I don’t want to hold back the group rides 😭
@@Veen0. no problem :D and that definately makes sense. On my gt, pushback starts at 19, buzz kicks in just above 20, and goes solid at 23, so that's what i'd expect on an XRC, just to give you an idea (I am pretty light tho). I guess it just comes down to your budget and how much that 1k is worth to you. Hope you're happy with whatever you get 😁👍
Also worth noting that the xr and gt have interchangable accesories, so you wouldn't be lacking options with either. Also, the regular gt (and xrc) is mechanically capable of speeds much higher than 20, so I'm hopeful for a future firmware update that pushes the governer up in the same way the pint x just did.
All are great options but if I were to pick one I’m going with the XR classic with the wood footpads!!! P.s. jack can I please get that hoodie in a xxl 🔥⚡️
I was not ready for the absolute flex of a shot that was the board wall.
when in Rome...
You should made video explaining straight rail vs. recurve……who is for and what you should expect out of it…by the way nice vid👍
Can do!
@@OnewheelPlease do do before Black Friday. Buying decisions must be made!
I’ve had my GT for I guess 2 and a half years now and it still does everything I need it to do no need to upgrade. Maybe a pint s for my wife one day.
can you make the gt have a higher top speed please? like maybe 22 so we can cruise at 20 instead of pushback at 20? It has enough power
Please make bumper handles for x/s ! And brighter lights !
Yes please
Noted!

I totally agree. I just went on a 30.2 mile ride last weekend on my GT and I used 82%.
It’s actually lower, thinner and lighter! It feels very much like a XR just with more power
True! Yea looking back it could be slightly confusing.

We did a Trade-In Program earlier this year. One day we may do it again but no plans currently. Thank you for your support! :)

Man, all them boards on the wall. No need for elf on the shelf we got wheels for the thrills.
people love the board wall!
Doesn’t pint s get pushback at 17mph and haptic buzz at 18?
Or did they fix it??

yep 18 Not 20
Oh man I'd love to review one so bad!
So many options! ⚡️
I have the pint s and it is amazing
So stoked you like it!

2:55 Really? Did Pint X get a max speed increase with the new update?
Yep

its really not 20mph.... they always lie about this. buzz comes in about 18mph.
@@CookieDoughBlast just a warning. It goes to 20 pretty easy. If you don’t like it, VESC it.

Wooooo!!! You're going to absolutely love it!
ESK8 laughing in the back
Are the deals in the one wheel website permanent? If not when will they leave?
XR Classic standard or recurve. I live where many roads are dirt. Does the recurve make a difference? Any downsides to recurve? Thank you in advance.
I test rode the new XRC Recurve at HQ Open House last week and as a beginner it was way more stable than the XRC Straight or the GT.

Really torn on upgrading my pint X to the XRC or GT-S 😭

TLDR...the one you can afford

There's just something about the classics!
If I only was a millionaire so I could buy a Onewheel that cost more than my car.
