Using the floaty cheat I check the lon lon ranch roofs which are fully rendered and you can walk on top of them, seems the tower building roof isn't rendered however which means you can fall through it, there's also a hidden cutscene you can trigger at the back exit of the ranch which is an alternate way to leave lon lon ranch when Ingo shuts you in. Also there's some rendered road which just fits on the outside which is not usually accessible probably just a small oversight during development.
