Also - people have really helpful in letting me know I missed Reaper's Emblem strength in Arena. Will given its strength in Arena and viability specifically for Hatssut, I will upgrade it to A on my final master tierlist. Thanks
@@Bleachguy2023, GR3 has enough armor that I think Idril's Gaze will be better than 30% damage. in guild boss and arena, armor bottoms out very low where the flat 30% damage is better overall. I still agree with Fastidious' initial ranking.
Regarding Broken Nightmare and Shadow Gaze, I believe also that with heroes that do multiple attacks with each "basic" (specifically Hatssut and Idril, might be some others like Alaura during her ult?) that *each* of those counts as a basic attack for the purposes of the artifacts (or getting heals from Volka's passive), making it much easier to get high uptime on them. And it also means they get tons of healing with with Ichor Chalice (Hatssut especially, because her attacks bounce as well). I've seen some Hatssuts in Guild Wars with Ichor Chalice and they're practically unkillable unless you can one-shot them (though it still wouldn't be my artifact of choice for her there).
@@fastidious_ggI tested it on Brienne and confirmed the x2 hits count (it goes 0, 2, then 3 stacks), ending at significantly higher damage than keen wisdom. I tested by running this side by side with swapping in keen wisdom and having a second unit down - running this setup vs air, then ground. I haven't tested Idril, which is probably the most important to know as her entire kit is basic atk, but appears it might be a case by case basis. Bounces from Hatsut are probably not basic atk, but Setram might be a great candidate for this artifact, though his exclusive is strong too I think (don't have either to support testing though).
Reapers emblem on my Hattsut in both flyer and aoe arena is awesome. She usually kills some mob first and then has the buff for the rest of the wave and by the time the next wave begins the cd is up and she does it again. That and the later GR3 levels on the right side is where that artifact shines, when you have the group of 4 mobs. She again kills the one closest to her and then has the buff and is able to essentially nuke the remaining three.
I feel like Idril's Gaze is the best artifact in this class, and the best legendary artifact in the game. IMO, best in slot for any single target marksman. Still, I agree that the disparity in stats between Mythic and Legendary makes it an S, and not an S+

My question is for artifacts that need attacks to Proc an effect. When it says “attacks” does it mean hits as for example like calypso where she shoots multiple projectiles or does it mean each time she shoots as a whole

It's clearly not in its own tier. If you're an AOE marksman, sharpshooter is better because there's no ramp and splash will wipe any stacks. On high armor content, Idril's gaze gives more than 30% damage and maintains from mob to mob (and is also usable on some aoe marksmen like Nyx as an option), while Spirit Siphon is only better than Idril's in a "when you're already winning" or low armor scenario, like Guild Boss. All three are excellent in reasonable situations and there is value in having all of them built, justifying the equivalent tier ranking. Conversely, every mage wants tear of twilight in all damaging cases, regardless of the level of content, marking it superior. His tier ranking strategy is quite consistent.

From my testing this is absolutely not the case. But perhaps I need to revisit it if u have tested it and found something different.

If spirit siphon is S, the others in that tier need to be lower because it's very clearly in it's own tier when compared with the others.

@@Blackmantis159 Spirit Siphon is good in every area of the game. Sharpshooter is used for AOE(Niche). That is what separates them.
