      Im the same exact way, if my guns do not satisfy me completely i get rid of them, or modify the living crap out of them, or obsess over a new one while i have plenty in my collection. Can’t help it. it’s bot even a shooting thing, because i enjoy shooting my guns ALL the time, its more of a cosmetic, asthetic, and fit kind of ocd… doesnt hurt anyone 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Agree with a lot of your comments, love my initial Dagger, but my second lower had some issues, drag on the slides (that work on the first lower), stiff trigger mechanism etc but most resolvable.

    So around the 4 minute mark ,with the front frame sagging ,mine was doing the samething and it bugged the shit out of me and all I did was took a hair blow dryer on low and warmed that front end by the front of trigger guard and put pressure on it and held it for a minute or 2 and now it's perfect .

    So how do you tighten it up?

  • @JeremyMcCreary-ib7wo

    I don't know allot about pistols, but I thought you wanted the tolerance not to be super tight so the gun would run better, meaning not jamming as bad, I heard that's why Glock does this

    If you want to “fix” the gap about 1-2mm more, you can use a heat gun at the right distance away from the polymer. I’ve done this to MANY of my guns due to my ocd and personal preference.. i would then carefully bend the nose of the frame upward evenly, usually on a table or work bench, and hold it for a few seconds until it cools down. Now i will say, be careful when applying heat because it is easy to melt or ruin the surface of the polymer frame

      I pretty much just said the same thing then scrolled the comments lol what u said is exactly what I did but with a hair dryer just to be careful and I'm the same with the ocd, that gap drove me nuts

    Pretty much everything after Gen 3 tends to require a second part. Gen 5 anything is different from Gen 3 by a significant amount.

    So a Gen 5 slide and barrel will work on a PSA dagger frame?? Use the same internals on the dagger???

    • @bassnbonsai

      All Glock 19 barrels will work.. gen 4 and 5 slides will work if you're willing to modify the frame...

    Who makes that comp you have on the 26 length slide?

    • @bassnbonsai

      It's a Harrington arms but I've cut it to be shaped that way

  • @Philmartinez02

    Also how to you get the slide from jumping up a bit when you press the trigger?

    • @bassnbonsai

      I'll be talking about it in an upcoming video but you have to either lower the frame rails or tighten the slide

  • @Trytooaimforcenter

    Question what did you use too spray paint your pistol lights ??

  • @mannycsr81

    What holsters u use to work with glock oem slides

    • @bassnbonsai

      I'm not the one to ask on that since I haven't found an affordable holster I actually recommend.. thinking about trying out QVO tactical or RDR gear but the one that keeps coming to mind but is expensive is the tier one msp holster around $160... But basically any pistol will fit in that with the X300 light... Tactical Toolbox has several videos showing and talking about it... There's also a few others that have a light based holster option..

    You might try getting your lower parts from p80 think they might fit dagger frame but might have different thicknesses. They do have three holes on front rail so might not be same slot.

      eBay

    • @bassnbonsai

      Both no name brands off eBay just search alum Glock mag release and you'll find the magazine release and search gold Glock trigger shoe... It's a copy of the tyrant design

    Loose tolerances?? Hell my 3 AKs are loose as a goose but run filthy right out of the river. My ARs get dirty and act like a premodona. Just if it works no biggie.

    • @bassnbonsai

      Yeah that's what I'm saying.. tight tolerances usually equal tighter groups but less reliability and vise versa.. meaning there's usually a happy medium with a firearm being reliable and accurate.. I've never ran an ak but for me the daggers are a little to loose out of the box so I tightened up the tolerances on one like completely and realized just how un reliable it made it so I backed it off until I didn't see any reliability issues.. worked for me anyway and out of the box would be the way to go if you're wanting max reliability as long as they're wasn't any QC issues from thr factory

      It's alright but not something I could recommend yet.. I've had more holosun optics than anything else without any issues so far... The lack of protection on the emitter is what has me worried about all the cheaper options I've been trying... They haven't failed but could get blocked more easily
