@@bassnbonsai Yea, but it mainly looked bad because of that palming side plate. Now that side plate has changed, and the frame looks much more normal.

@SILKYSMOOTH30FPS that and the front just looks unfinished to me.. just the color and the front having the missing gaps throws the whole thing off.. I really wish they would have used the 70 frame for the aldeberan.. the scorpion and curado 70 and bfs reels Palm and look better to me... If they would have made that reel in magnesium and added the braking systems of the New reels I'd definitely consider getting both... I'd even pick the older aldeberan frames over the new one.. 50e is still a better looking platform just needed dropped down ever so slightly

@@ArmyofOne-14x I'm sure there's a way to adjust it or replace with a different nut maybe.. if it has all the slop taken out I might leave it alone but I don't like any side to side play at all and to tight can definitely reduce casting distances... I always fine tune my reels even the zero adjustment ones.. not to mention later on down the road aftermarket spools will definitely have different tolerances on the spool shaft length..

@@SILKYSMOOTH30FPS I'm assuming they're pushing for more finesse on the magnesium reel and leaving the aluminum the same size for the line capacity.. hoping to sell more reels of each if they're completely different .. I'm wandering if they'll keep the ct around after the limited version.. usually when a limited hits it's the end of the line for that model

@@bassnbonsai Yup, limiteds are made to get rid of parts left at the warehouse, so its guaranteed to be the last using the frame.

One thing about chatterbaits...originally used for thier hunting action. The more drag a skirt and trailer create, the hunting action gets removed. Straight tapered trailers zekos and even a skirtless chatertbait get bit with the increase hunting action. Keep up the Aliexpress baut videos, love to get many of my baits there.

I think I will get a new Steez and sell at least one of my Limited reels maybe 2 along with the Conquest BFS... Debating about the new Tatula or Hundo also but the Tatula doesn't have a clicker but does have Boost Spool.. Tatulas are like Shimanos I've tried them all but don't really like any of them compared to higher end Daiwas

@@bassnbonsai No reason to have multiple of the same reel. So if you have three limited steezes, sell two with your conquest. Since you have never tried a proper DC reel, maybe the Aldebaran DC would be another reel to watch for.

@@Glock-1 yeah I actually prefer 80mm handles especially on bfs reels but I get used to the 90 or 95mm ones...

@@GR8smallie_angler I used to originally but since I'm not sponsored and AliExpress stores are always changing up and losing inventory I quit doing that a while back.. if there's a specific bait you're looking for I can try to help you find it but learning how to navigate AliExpress is actually the key to finding baits rods and reels even cheaper on any given day week or month

@@GR8smallie_angler yeah also forgot to mention the cheaper shinier ones to sort of dull out pretty fast and one of the Old tricks back in the day was to leave real bright baits out in the sun and flip them back and forth to dull them out.. nowadays more natural or ghost colors available and a lot of baits actually have paints that don't dull as much in the Sun

That's why you use PayPal, so you can recover your money back if something goes wrong.

@@wolverinex4243 never dealt with Temu but I've never been scammed or at least scammed and didn't get money back.. I've had a few items never show up and eventually got the refund if you file a dispute and I've also gotten money back on broken rods a few different times.. But you're right AliExpress is just a hub for all the different Chinese businesses to list merchandise on and like anything else can have scammers making fake online stores.. but I think AliExpress guarantees money back if anything like this happens... I trust AliExpress more than I do buying or selling overseas using eBay.. I've been scammed the opposite way on eBay as a seller ...

I've lost a lot of money to scam the first and last time. Never got it back. Ali doesn't want to believe nor deal with me. They will not go after sellers like Ebay.

@@wolverinex4243 I'm not sure when the last time you dealt with AliExpress but they have it automatically refund you if package doesn't show up with tracking.. now if item shows up and isn't what you ordered or damaged you have to file a claim and send pics ECT but the few times I've had rods broken or once the wrong reel showed up I sent pics and had a refund within a week.. I still shop locally as well as eBay AliExpress and Digitaka and a few other places

@@bassnbonsai Well, I must admit it was around 2018 or so, but I get what you are saying.I still think they need a Paypal option if they haven't yet. Paypal will fight for you like Ebay. I still think Ali will not refund you bc the scammers are too smart. What they did was send it to my number on a different street so as to tell Ali, it did show up when the physical address doesn't exist. Like you can see it on Google, but when I drove there, there was no house. It makes the dispute hard to go through. Ali will refer you to seller. The seller will send you back to Al, Ali will send you back to seller, and the game keeps going on and on until you just get tired of it. The language barrier is bad too. Secondly, they don't have representative to take calls. All this is done by long waits over internet "dialogs." It's so bad that I had to put them on blast on Quora. That's the place to go speak your mind and try to end these shady companies. I do think them taking my money hurts them more than me. Now I have to resort to Temu. I cannot speak to the other fishing lures/products, but as far as trout, they have just about the same stuff in different colors by different sellers. If they stock everything often, I would be shopping more often. Temu is like The Hook Up Tackle. They never restocks.

@@brewtankoutdoors1432 the only time I use something different is if I'm looking for a specific color like red purple or pink and can't find it in either of those 2 I've tried a few others .. I can't remember the name but there's a brand that starts with a D that absolutely sucks
