For sure! A sound effect is fine if it fits in the scene, like a creature screaming, but adding a stinger stound just feels so cheap sometimes

as much as i like or can appreciate what the first and even second film did, the 3rd film was quite a downgrade in quality, mainly in terms of the villain, their motivations, and how it all ended

The Conjuring movies were really good. But then again, JW doesn't really make a bad movie

I wish he was more involved in the 3rd one. Happy for him that he gets to do films like Aquaman, but I hope he comes back to horror
