Fyi This train isnt HSR/Bullet Train bcs the speed train cant reach atleast 200kmph/125miles per hour. This train only reach maximum speed on 160kmph/100miles per hour. The first and one and only High Speed Railway / Bullet Train in South East Asia is Whoosh Bullet Train in Indonesia. The train speed reach 355kmph. You must try
Great to see you both getting so much more relaxed on camera. Your personalities are really shining through. I loved riding that train too, so smooth and fast, and THE COWS, THE COWS, THE COWS.
I have really been enjoying watching your travel adventures. If you are so happy Hannah with a roomy train moving along at 160 km/h (100 mph) then you are going to go gaga when you ride in a real bullet train at 300 km/h or so. Hopefully you both will get to experience once before your travels are over. Trains are the nicest ways to travel. You both seem to be taking it well at the airport that by departing Laos you will be giving being Kip millionairesses. You seemed to like Laos, so if you ever return then make sure to explore southern Laos. It is even more laid back than the north. A route I recommend based on my personal experience is to take the overnight sleeper train from Bangkok to Ubon Ratchathani. From there you take a bus over the border to Pakse in Laos and from there travel south visiting Champasak and 4000 Islands, before crossing into Cambodia and travelling via Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. From there you can take a five hour long express boat down the Mekong to Chau Doc in the Mekong Delta. After exploring the delta you can make your way to HCM.
