I'm just a little confused as you said "and". Or is it that she has missed two pills since starting a new packet AND she had UPSI a few days before or on the last day of her finishing a packet?

Sorry I can see how that may be confusing, the second part of what you said is correct :) Here is wording from the NHS website which may clarify it "You may also need emergency contraception if you have missed 2 or more pills in the first week of a pack and had unprotected sex in the previous 7 days."

Can I ask a question? What is the real working time of a contraceptive pill? I mean,if I forget a pill on first week,then they says that if there is a sexual contact occured before the missing tablet,there maybe a risk.iam really confused...what mean by before missing?if I take a tablet and have sex within 24 hr of taking tablet and forget to consume the next next pill.then I reminded next day to take pill and take 2 pills.then what happens?

So I last took my pill sunday, then remembered to take it Wednesday so I took the missed ones aswell as the Wednesday and kept taking them I did have ‘sex’ with my partner on the Monday or Tuesday. Would I get pregnant?
