Part 1 Will It Run? 1959 Mercury Monterey: Asleep For A Decade

You guys asked for it, so here it is! A non-C3 car project that I am super excited about! This is a 1959 Mercury Monterey. It has not been on the road for more than 10 years. It doesn't run, drive or stop, but hopefully that will change!
