The police officer who handled the case involving Andrew in Port Harcourt, Aba and Umuahia should all loss their job because they were aiding and abating and it has cost the lives of these ladies.

They also do Kidnapping, robbery etc all for the money. The love of money is the root of all evils. The love of quickly gotten money. Accept this truth and train yours more. You are now an adult. Ruth this challenge is absolutely an institutional one.
The police has needs, pay them reasonably and also training is key.
A commissioner delegates an assignment, where are his follow up mechanisms, a citizen was violently injured as severe as spinal cord, scaling the fence wilth injuries, suspect was not made to face justice.I am sure if the victim that scale the fence was a man, Andrew's neighbors would have burned him in cold blood.
It won't be well with Tinubu, Useless Akpabio and all the idiots who call themselves Nigeria politicians, greetings to Abia governor and peter obi.
There are heinous crimes in America, however all the agencies including politicians rises to the occasion, in Nigeria it's about personal gains, very sympathetic, this is a national disaster and to know till date no statement has been issued by police chiefs, IG or host governors, national assembly clearly shows how ignorant our leaders are about it's citizens.

In such situations, law enforcement steps in to provide checks in the system. Here, Police officers took bribes. They took about 7million from the family to conduct the investigation. They took 1.5million from the accused as bribes. Stole one of the victim's phones found at the scene.

Grown men who would bring him to book also patronise hook up girls. Tell the girls to leave prostitution. Tell those who already in it should invest their money in trading. Most of them make as small as 5k daily. Small right? But multiply 5k by 30 and you get 150k in a month. Remember they make more than 5k daily. So you now have an idea why girls including the under 20 are rushing into prostitution. Quick money. Tell the girls to think twice. They are weaker vessels who can't defend themselves from violent men. A married man who seeks to pay a girl for sex is a destroyer. He is already evil and should be avoided right? So why are the girls accepting them and they are doing this with pride, insulting their mates who don't have the money to give. Look, this is bad character and let's not forget the saying, "you will reap whatever you sow" and let's keep our mind on wisdom nuggets always.

Under no circumstances will the police ask a victim for mobilization fee, there’s no excuse for that in a civilized nation. The act of asking for mobilization fee from a victim is purely police misconduct and corruption. The police practice of detaining a victim of a crime who reports the crime or incident to police has become so intimidating and discouraging that the public does not have any trust in the system that is supposed to protect and serve them.

it is apparent that they are victims of extreme violence of which police is yet to conclude investigations; finding the word ''hook-up'' on the subtitle is premature and not required. However, what happened to the duo (or the trio as the case may be) can happen to anyone.
