Jays Jimmy You get all the cushy jobs outside, That was a struggle to remove but well done on the repair,,I've got a Peugeot boxer with a Denox fault up, But not got the elite weapon (Launch) you have, Love your vids, Well done , Keep up the good work, 👍
@O'rileys Autos, Hi Jimmy. Big fan of your channel... Invaluable info. Would love to pay you a visit but im up in Scotland! My 2018 2l boxer with only 46kmiles has been getting similar readings for Nox sensor after having it replaced about 200miles ago. At operating temp, it's reading between 140ppm and 180ppm at both idle and 3000rpm. Which seems too high. wiring harness tested and looks good on multimeter (I've no idea if old sensor had similar readings/was even faulty). This nox sensor was changed to try and action a reoccurring P0428 code (catalyst upstream temp high)... This catalyst temp/O2 sensor has not yet been changed and seems to reading temp accurately on live data. Delta pressure in dpf also pretty low at 1.5ppm at idle and only a max of 18ppm at 3000rpm. So not blocked, but Is the dpf worn? Adblue injector also recently cleaned. only other code that flashed up once was P0421 (warm up catalyst efficiency low) Also using around 1L oil per 1000miles but with no smoke, leaks, fuel economy or performance issues whatsoever except for a little more oil in boost pipe than just residual (clean burn of oil... be told maybe PVC valve/rocker cover fault). Would you say these issues are linked? Is the cat and/or dpf on its way out or will it likely just be the O2/temp sensors on cat? Appreciate any insight here, i know you are a busy man... or any one else share some wisdom :)
could some kind person please help me, i am looking for the cone connector that jimmy puts in the dpf pipe to install fluid, all help would be appreciated i just cannot find one any where thank you

Thank you for sharing your knowledge! I have a similar problem with my 330i Nox
If your dpf is working OK can it still benefit from a clean to keep it good
