Adblue faults can be a mystery, that's why your videos are really helpful l. Sooner or later, I'll come across a similar fault myself and I refer back to your videos. Cheers mate

Hello, great video, what did you use to tell it has a new sensor? Want to do this myself, can i get a scantool to program the sensor, if so what would you recommend? Cheers

Thanks so much for taking the time to put that up. I use Texa and same thing no faults in engine ECU or bsi or instrument cluster but urea light flashing. When I try to re initialise nox sensor or urea injector it says function not supported and I’m thinking it’s the nox sensor ECU preventing communication. Again downstream is stuck at 200ppm

Very interesting, I don’t get to work on small diesels but I do work on the ford 6.0 and 6.7 v8 and the dodge Cummins but I do know if there’s anything wrong with the def injection or pumps they won’t run regen and fill with soot, would an oxygen sensor tap fit that nox bung? I think it’s 18mm by 1.5mm, I was thinking of getting the heat inductor do you think it’s worth the money? Well deserved fish supper.

Heat inductor is a fine tool for any mechanic! If our broke we would buy another tomorrow!

Open the box with PCB. You will probably crack it but thats ok. Remove PCB from it, clean it with alcohol, clean conectors use dielectric paste and put it back. Use plastidip to seal it around cover and conectors, because water is leaking inside thru one conector. Thats 99% of all fault units. Save money and be smart not was tě money on new or new used units.

Yip, phone the parts department....10 in stock......Price ....£315. Kinda tells you something.
Then ...£115 .. to clear the fault code after changing the sensor yourself, and they weren't even wearing masks.
