I'm a bit disappointed you're not playing a show on the west coast of Canada, but looking at the shows immediately before and after the 2 Canadian dates you are doing east cost and middle of the continent shows so it makes sense. Apparently the San Francisco show is the closest one to me anyway, I just have to cross the border. Still, a Vancouver show would've brought me running. Oh also, keep up the good work!
I'm 32, when I was 17 I was discovering Aphex Twin and Squarepusher. I also happened to be experimenting with psychedelics at the time which was fantastic. Go Plastic ripped by brain apart and I was hooked forever. Patiently awaiting this Vinyl to arrive on 1/31/2020 so I can relive my youth. Thank you Tom. Your music inspired me to excel in the arts and make music.

There's something a bit more mellow about these new tracks. SP's drastically shifting arrangements and enormous breakdowns are replaced with long, flowing, more gradual changes in sound. There's still an intensity, but it's slowly bringing to the boil rather than chucking you in the fire.
Ya that is no ordinary quantize. Would love to sit over his shoulder as he works, he's always trying to escape the confines, what did he say "The Tyranny of the Bar and Meter.."

Tom, my mates and I came up with the ultimate Power Trio. You on bass, Buckethead on guitar, and Danny Carey from Tool on drums. The world needs this. Danny is a huge fan of yours and you're the only person who could actually keep up with Buckethead. It would be auditory FIRE
This is absolutely fantastic..square continues to be the most innovative electronic artist..the signatures, the erratic psychotic melody, the curated placements of almost melodic effects. Brilliant shit good sire. Keep drinking those European waters, something dope lives in em
@@richtusser Ah interesting, I've used that sample many times myself and it never sounds like either tunes, lol. They really used it in a similar way which makes me associate it so much with it, I think.

You should try BallisticNg then, it's awesome and cheap and nails everything that made wipeout great and more

If you get on to the BallisticNG discord you might be able to find some familiar racetracks as well.....maybe....
