Listen - I love Dokken - but if they need to tune down a whole step (or two?) to get Don into the right range, then do it. It's rough hearing him try to do this in the original range. If Dave Mustaine can do it, so can Don.
I think his driving them to break up & pushing them over the top with pedals. That’s what he usually does. I don’t see why he would differ from his normal approach.

Don is past the point of even trying to sing. I know he went thru a lot with his voice, BUT its WAY past time to retire Don!!
Don has a lot more going on than just his voice!!
Don is just not aging well and his health just doesn't seem to be holding out.
He recently fractured his foot
