Lovely! On a trip to the UK in 2014, the woman I was staying with had one of these. She would have let me drive, but we'd have to pay an insurance fee to have me as a driver. Man, I wish I could have put that in my suitcase! Suzuki left the US market around the time this one was built, and we never had the good fortune of getting this generation Swift. An earlier generation from about a decade before was sold in the States and Canada, in the US as the Geo Metro through Chevrolet dealers. That car didn't light my fire, but this one did. Oh, the cars we don't get here because of the prevailing attitude of "bigger is better".
Its a shame Suzuki pulled out of the US, you have missed some great suff - this and the new Jimny in particular. I didnt realise Geos were Suzuki for a long time, they were always mocked on TV shows and now that seems very unfair!
Had my new suzuki swift sport since July, fantastic car 47.5mpg im getting on average shame it hasnt got a little more power and sounds a little bit quiet for my liking. On the other hand it handles fantastic, you can really throw it into corners and it just sticks to the road.

2012 cars were first built at the end of 2011 - Press review cars were available in November. The new model looks similar but is larger and has styling detail changes so google reviews and TH-cam of the old and new cars to compare the images.
If it is an Official Suzuki dealer you should be able to trust them.

Love my 2013 Swift Sport Auto! Of course it's more fun when driven in manual mode using the paddle shifters! :)
i Drive Corolla e12 1.4 with 97ps, now i want to drive this Swift. For me, this is beautiful car. Please tell me its not so bad on bumpy roads :(
Im not sure about the consumption - but 7l/km (40MPG) sounds about right if you drive it fast and enjoy it, real world a Mini 1.6 only does 44MPG - to be honest I was not driving very economically while I had the car!
Thanks for this, made it easy choosing a silver one. On the tech bit, seems you need a stabilized shooting rig of some sort but well done otherwise!

About what u said when they were build, mine is build in January '12 so, its not a late 2011 model. or else it would be a 2011 model, and not 2012.
