Pull-up progression 1: active hang/ scapular pulls

  • Properly performed pull-ups are done through full Range of scapular motion. That means all the way up and all the way down to dead hang.
    This makes the pull-up a very good workout for the musculature of the entire upper back, and not just the lats.
