    I first started hanging about 2 months ago (and I haven’t been super diligent until lately) and couldn’t last 5 seconds! Not 5 seconds! Now I can hang for 30+ seconds, so don’t be discouraged if you’re very out of shape and it seems impossible. It’s not, and you’ll get stronger faster than you think, if you “hang” in there🤦🏻‍♂️.

    • @jujijiju6929

      Have you made more progress since?

    • @robbyclark6915
      @robbyclark6915 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@jujijiju6929 No. I injured my left elbow pretty significantly right after posting this and it’s only now gotten to a point where I can try hanging again. I can still last about 20 seconds though, so I haven’t lost all my gains.

    • @jujijiju6929
      @jujijiju6929 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@robbyclark6915 I just started today and I lasted barely 7 seconds before my palms gave out. Awesome that your elbow healed btw!

    • @robbyclark6915
      @robbyclark6915 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jujijiju6929 Keep it up and you’ll see progress in no time!
      Elbow isn’t totally healed yet, but I’m going to see how far I can push it. Might need surgery to get it back to normal? Hopefully not. We’ll see?

      What you say is true im obese and when i first tried dead hang it felt impossible to hand for just one second but eventually as i lost a little bit of weight and incorporated assistance now i can hang for 30 seconds which is my pr at 110 kg body weight looking forward to hanging for longer and losing more weight its gonna be very fun

    I've always really enjoyed resistance and strength training, but I am awful at running to the point I dread the idea of it. You are so good at explaining how to start from the beginning and work into it. If you have any tips on how to become a runner (and maybe even enjoy it), I would really appreciate an introduction into that. Thank you for being such an encouraging and beautiful soul, and most importantly, part of the crew

I was wondering if you've ever considered doing a video on ways to gain weight, through workouts or nutrition. I have a stupidly high metabolism and gaining weight has always been a struggle. Either way, you're genuinely inspiring me to improve myself and my health, thanks for the positive vibes and good videos.
