Pull-up progression 2: isometric hold over the bar and slow negative (eccentric)

- This progression will build strength at the top of the pull up movement to compliment the strength built in our last video, progression 1.
Controlling the negative will also build strength throughout the full Range of Motion.
Control the decent/ eccentric portion all the way to a dead hang them come off the bar
