    i dont know why people don't consider location as factor. most of the HighRises are not in good locations unless you have heavy pockets. for 2.5-3 Cr one can get a floor in prime areas of gurugram ( DLF 1,2,4 , SL1 etc ) even in gated society .
    you can surely find better gyms , restaurants than a apartment can ever offer.
    safety is surely better in apartments, but wont change my decision atleast.
