    Aap kahan rehete ho bhai. I am sure top class society mein rehte hoge but sorry to say frustrated hi lag rahe ho But.sir if you are in public platform you will get different views. Aap unke gharo ko galat ya bekar bata rahe ho aur expect karte ho koi aapki baato ko bhi galat na kahe ya disagree na kare. Mentality to ye bhi theek nahi

    Sir i have buyed builder floor worth rs 3.5 cr for 418 gaj corner and park facing top with terrace 3 months back and abi toh sir building b ready nahi hui and im getting appreciation of 50 60 lacks i think ap sahi ho but builder floors mei b appreciation h lifestyle ni hoga but appreciation h investment is a good option in sector 56 plots and builder floors kindly give me a reply sir if possible in your next video

    Humne 2 bhk kharida Kendriya vihar sec 60 mein. The society is very good purana hai but maintenance bohat acha hai. 1 bhk ka rent yahan 15 k hai. 2 bhk 22k hai. So purana society is not bad

    Main ek aisi hi chhoti CGHS mein rehta hun hamare flat mein with family. In sector 51. Sirf 27 flats hain in one tower. Amenities nahi hai but at least park, 100% power back up, gated aur security guard hai.
    I will prefer a CGHS with the above at least basic amenities over a builder floor any day.
    Khair humein 7-8 saal hogaye. Hamari chhoti si investment ke hisaab se appreciate bhi hua.
    But now we have booked an under construction flat in new Gurgaon for an even better lifestyle. Jaisa ki aapne kaha “gradual better lifestyle”
    I still value plots JUST from an investment standpoint agar extra paisa hai toh. But agar rehna hai, safety chahiye aur better lifestyle, then high rise society anyday

    Hewo 2 has full power backup, club house as well. Good value for money and bang opposite to metro mall, more maker and banks etc.

    Flat me jitni maintenance me sari facilities n club etc mil jatey hain utney me plot wale sirf ek Gaurd hi rakhe to 15000 lag jaayenge .. baki sab mali wagera milao to lakho gaye so so in this way flat in old age is better .. you r right

    if you have 5 crores and buy apartment va plot, after 10 years you cannot sell the apartment and buy that plot, even in legal terms apartment has depreciation and land cannot

      And what about the exclusive lifestyle one would consume for 10 years in that apartment. And then the networking and growth opportunities in such a premium society. Who knows 10 yrs down the line that plot seems peanuts and insignificant even at that time's price.

      bro even ashish in this video showed old apartment avlb at 7k/sft on gold corse road and outdated and no appreciation since 10 yrs, same will be for shiny aptms today will be outdated, i would invest in good lication plot and stay in new shiny aptmt on rent, and chnage to newer ones with better amenities

    high rises are the future..80 % open space, ventilation, amenities, security, view.......change is inevitable...plots/floors might still hold their charm for minority only where plots are bigger and roads are wider.....DDJAY is the CGHS of future.

      Ddjay would turn out to be worse than CGHS... Sizes of pigeon nest rooms sold for higher rates..go and check drone shot of a ddjay and CGHS..

    @Ashish, Bhai i agree with almost every point of yours. and letting you know that I`m one of the residents in this society too and on the contrary also own an apartment in the so called "new age builders". My only question to you is about power back up? Why the hell should societies have full powerback ups? we are in 2023 and the Government of Haryana should provide basic thing of "Electricity 100% of the time". Shouldn't we be asking those questions? In Mumbai societies only have powerbackups in common areas and not in flats because electricity is there all the time. Blaming these old societies for not having 100% back up is absolute non sense. Since in 2004-05 they also must have thought future me to electricity hogi hi all the time. Wahi logic hai har jagah , jeena seekh lo jo mil raha usi me. Besides not only Chintels, Please see the situation of Godrej Summit .
