    I ordered the parts (thx for the part numbers) and today, I did a dry run and took out the seats and vacuumed the area just to get a feel. Your video will make the actual work go so much more efficiently. Many thanks for this fine video!

      Not all kits come with that seal but if it comes with it, it should be changed. Thank you for watching and I do appreciate your comment.

    Thank you for the "how to". Just did the fuel pump replacement today and your info on where to find mounting points and clips was very helpful.

    Man you had to do was take the two front 14mm bolts out and prop the seat up to reach the fuel pump. It saves a lot of more time 👍🏿

    I changed my fuel pump today. It was pretty easy. The only issue I had was putting the lock ring back on. I suggest two people as one push down while the other lock it with a flat head and hammer. I did get it on by myself thank God and it is definitely not coming off. Code is gone and she runs so much better now.

    Good video, I didn't know you had to remove the whole seat I thought the seat could just fold and that would give you the access you needed to get to the pump.

    • @zman92630

      I think it may be Murano specific. I did a dry run today and had to remove the entire back seats because there is some type of cross member over the door of the fuel pump. It's easy though.

      From what I see.. if you have cloth seats.. there is no extra brace covering the right sensor. The leather seats you have to follow his steps. If you are only changing the left sensor or fuel pump, then yes... pull the 4 14mm bolts and fold the bottom of the seat up... and secure it to the headrest with a strap.

    • @casperw2133

      Seats don't need to be removed. I did it on 09 murano with leather seats

    When my car has a half tank the car reads it as very low fuel or it’ll show very low and then go to normal. Will replacing these parts fix that problem? I don’t have a check engine light. Appreciate the response!

      Thank you for watching. The original part #’s are 25060-1AA0B that’s for the main sensor on the pump side “Driver side” and 25060-1AA3A is for the sub unit on the pass side. Plz let me know if you have any more questions.

    My fuel gauge works just fine until it reaches about the half full mark so would I be right in assuming that the fuel pump level gauge on he drivers side is the one that isn't working and that the other one on the passenger side is working fine?

    Just curious I know I made a comment a couple days ago about saying two pumps I didn't watch the video fully until now I see one is a sensor one is a pump. Would you also recommend changing the fuel filter after doing this or no .

    • @a2zautomasters862

      If I remember correctly the fuel filter is in the tank as part of the pump.

    What about 2003 Pathfinder fuel gauge not working looks like it may have been repaired before but fuel gauge doesnt work at all its stuck at full. The other thing is possibly pulling the the panel n looking at the circuit pannel behind the gauge it has about 170 K miles on it but runs fine just the fuel gauge. Actually I can drive by zeroing out the trip miles every time I fuel. But just need to remember it has to be done every time Im fuel.

    my 2011 nissan murano stops accelerating after about 15/20 minutes of driving. like completely stops to where i have to pull over and let the car sit for a while before itll move again. no overheating. i do have a coolant leak, but its never empty when this happens. and engine is sputtering. what could this be? fuel pump?

    I just got this code after putting gas and filling the tank. Im going to see if it goes away after ive used more gas. Is this dangerous to not fix? This is on my first car and dont wanna keep spending more money fixing it. thanks.

    • @a2zautomasters862
      @a2zautomasters862  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s not dangerous, you just wouldn’t be able to tell how much gas you have left. With the check engine light on, the car wouldn’t pass state inspection if your state does require an annual inspection. You can always reset the trip mileage every time you fill up and that’s how you can tell how much gas you got left.

  • @thalathoty

    Actually which one will be sending code P0463 ? Is just the main Module driver side One goes bad or Both gone bad at same time?

    • @a2zautomasters862
      @a2zautomasters862  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That code is mainly for the main sensor on the pump, driver side, but I usually recommend changing both since you already removing the back seat.

    Hello, I have a very weird situation if you could help. My 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5s has a crank won't start situation. It has P0463 and P0183. I filled my tank with 105% (more than full) and parked on a 10 degree inclined slope. I don't know if these two codes would cause my car crank but no start? Last time it had a starting sound for 1st second, then died on the 2nd second.
    I checked battery - good. I pulled out fuel line before the injector, when I switch to on position, there were fuel shooting out. The fuse of the fuel pump is good. I even changed a camshaft position sensor, didn't help. I removed engine air filter, sprayed starting fluid, didn't work. Car is cranking, so I assume the starter is good.
    What can the problem(s) be?
    Thank you in advance!

    • @a2zautomasters862
      @a2zautomasters862  ปีที่แล้ว

      These two cods are for fuel level sensor and fuel temp sensor. I highly doubt it’s the cause of your np starting problem. Sounds like spark issue specifically after spraying starter fluid and still won’t start. check for spark and good spark plugs

    I just bought a 09 Murano and replaced the Accelerator pedal sensor and got no results. (I was told this was the issue) It doesn't rev up. Is this the limp mode low tranny fluid? I didn't check it. I did hear a loud whining when 1st started, I thought it was the pw steering pump. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    what is the cost for a repair like this? I notice now my Murano as over 100k miles, when I start it the gas shows empty. But if I restart the car the needle goes back up to where it needs to be. Is this the same issue?

    • @a2zautomasters862
      @a2zautomasters862  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That could be the issue or you might have a problem with the gauge it self. While showing empty try to tap the dash board above the cluster and see if anything changes first
