Having your videos is so helpful for a young mom! Questions for you: 1. How do you sanitize your cutting board after using raw chicken on it?? It always scares me to cut chicken on a wood board for some reason... 2. Do you have any tips or a video on taking care of cast iron? Thank you for all of your content!!
Not sure how she does it, but I personally prefer either cutting meat after I cook it so I dont have to worry about it. If I do cut uncooked chicken, I usually opt for a ceramic plate since I can clean it really good :)

I didn’t know what to make for my kiddos tonight and I have chicken breast and now thanks to you, chicken tenders is it. Something I’ve actually never done.
I’ve used Lisa’s crust before, too! I thin the starter out and run it up the sides, in a really thin layer especially. Then cook it for a few minutes on the really hot stove top and I think that’s what keeps it from being doughy. Also I’m so impressed you can cook in that beautiful shirt with the big sleeves, all your bracelets on, and hair down! I’m not that talented lol.

I'll definitely try this! I'll follow your recipe for my family but will need to attempt making it gluten free for myself, do you have any tips / experience with making them gluten free? I'm hoping just swapping the flour for GF flour will be okay. I love that when you say healthy meals you actually mean it. Love that you throw sauerkraut on for the extra veggie and the probiotics.
Sometimes I take the bread that’s going to go bad before using it all and throw it in freezer. Then when I have enough, I throw together a French toast casserole.
This was like watching a dear friend. We cook very similarly, down to the azure standard bags 👍 I will have to try that easy pie crust recipe. I don't like the sourdough starter pizza crust-- i did find a pretty easy recipe from LittleSpoonFarm. It's an overnight dough with little mixing (no mixer here so i try to avoid recipes with a lot of kneading). It's pretty good, quick and you can freeze the balls for the times when you don't plan ahead.
Instead of 100% bread crumbs, I do 50% bread crumbs and 50% Parmesan and they're delicious! I also make extra, freeze them and then they're ready for a quick meal when we need them.

Use a cutting board that can go in the dishwasher.
Really hot water and dish soap and spray vinegar on it and let it dry or soak it in vinegar

I love homemade tortillas but I use half baked harvests recipe and she uses butter, omg so good
