Got one of these a week ago, so happy with it just getting seat done and had to wind a lot of pre load on it. Other than that it’s a really fun bike so far👌
There are quite a few "upgrades" and "add-ons" available from China- remember S.E.Asian riders have had there hands on the CLC for a year now. There ARE thicker replacement seats (Rider, Pillion, or Both) deals, Windscreens, Footboards [smallish], Mudguard (Fender) extensions, Crashbars, Backrests (for Pillion, or convertable for either Rider or Pillion, Luggage Racks, SumpGuards, Radiator Guards, Coloured Sidecovers, bolt-on Frame Sliders, etc. I've fitted a handlbar Helmet Lock, a front mudguard extension, and a small Windscreen (which attached to the cable-keeper threaded holes under the Upper Steering Clamp) but which required 20mm long screws, over the 15mm long ones supplied, to fit /Screen to Brackets.
@@seanmack4552 Hey Sean. I also got this bike in Australia and find the seat too uncomfortable. Just curious what mod did you do with your seat and can you share more details?
I test rode a R.E. Super Meteor a year ago and found that a superb rider's machine. Details of just why I bought the CLC instead include: Lower Seat, Belt Drive instead of Chain, 181kg Kerb Weight compared to 241 Kg Kerb Weight, superior Power-to-Weight ratio. What the R.E. has over the CLC: Better Rider comfort, superior suspension (particularly on poor road surfaces), and a Centrestand AS WELL as the Sidestand.
Max 1.77cm is enough. If you taller than 1.77 cm really bike looks like a toy under you. I bought. From gv 250 really it is smaller than it. Bike is good but i like chooper, commuter. I couldnt find gv s soul on this bike.

Nice!
Post videos. There's not a lot of videos on this bike.
@@bikerbeliever8169 yeah I want to do something, just waiting on my seat. But I have no editing skills so would be a basic vid lol 😂

My inside leg is 710mm, height 160cm
Waiting for the aftermarket to start customizing the fender of these. I love the bike but don't like the tail height.
Your measurements do take account of the weight of the subject? Cose it changes the compression of the suspansion, so, the height of rhe seat...
This is explained in the video
These guys also make KTM, I love kTm😁.
Be a good one to compare to the royal Enfield , compare some town bikes and which ones are actually highway capable....
You're sort of reading my mind Leif. I'm planning on doing a 5 Budget Cruisers video this week but yeah, a comparison video could be good too.
