Actually a sign of intelligence is knowing when your being used as a cash cow by Dr's hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. Not a lot of intelligence left after the medication starts working.

The more I hear from you guys, the more I'm convinced that my neurologists are hacks. I've been complaining of vision problem for two years since having neck pain and radiculopothy. I've experienced several of these symptons (though didn't know the names for them), with the most intense being kaleidoscope vision, then photopbia, oscillopsia, visual snow, and palinopsia. When I told my pain management doc about these issues, he said, and I quote: "Wow, that's weird." I've had several complete eye exams, all reporting no mechanical issues with my eyes. Glad to know that I'm probably not dying of some hidden disease, but super irritated that I can't get a single doctor in my sphere to make better recommendations than botox and trigger point injections. Biggest problem I see is the revolving door nature of the medical system; you get exactly 3 minutes with a doctor, then you need to be on your way with whatever bottle of pills matched the buzz words they managed to hear.

Hi Derek, Thanks for sharing and yes you hit the nail on the head with what so many people deal with in a traditional medical system. Rest assured, there are other doctors out there who do not act as a pill mill, and we hope that you are able to find a great provider soon to help you get a better explanation for your symptoms and assess your neck for instability or other health concerns, and finally to give you a successful treatment plan. If you feel that you may want to see our team here in Fort Myers, FL, you are welcome to reach out to us directly through our website and see if your case sounds like a good fit. We wish you all the best in healing! Take care.

Ah, yes, Derek....you said it so well. The chance of a family physician discovering or healing anything of a serious nature is nil. Best to just use modern meds for colds, diarrhea, maybe constipation and the like. Most of which can be remedied OTC.
I'm an 90 year old women ....on the downhill slope...its taken me this long to come to this conclusion. It's like hitting the lottery when you snag a Doc that actually fixes something....or even makes you feel good.
What did you expect for your 15 minutes? *RECLINER BABE*

Oh I have soo much agreement! In Australia I find they tend to be the highest paid specialists and the most stupid! I have had one good neurologist (before we knew I had eds) and I rang him when I was looking for someone to see if he could take me. He was very kind but had retired. I was I was disappointed simply because he as been so good and I couldn’t find another good one! I asked if he had any recommendations but he actually said, “I’m very sorry but I don’t because you’re right they are terrible!”
Even if I lead a doctor to lots of information, give them background, links potential differential diagnosis, they cannot cope and I think “geez for people supposedly studying the brain, they do not seem very intelligent!” I hold out hope (in part because I can’t come to Florida 🙄 I how I wish I could though) and without some help I think my head will explode possibly from me squeezing it out of frustration!!
      Lol.
I too really appreciate the work Caring Medical does both here and an acquaintance came and saw you and I saw how much change that person had! It all gives me hope.

You are my hero....I'm not even joking. I thought my career was over and this is a game changer. I have had a positive response to cervical adjustments. My first adjustment was insane. It felt like a firehose had just been unkinked. It took me a second to get my bearing....felt the best I had felt in months for about 3 days until my cervicals went out of place again.

I have scary symptoms with my vision… when I look at certain patterns or other random items, they almost vibrate or look like they are shaking… no one has been able to explain to me why this is happening. Another crazy thing that happens is that when I am laying on my back for any amount of time, when I get up my vision is blurry. I do have aura migraines and I have been off balance and dizzy for four years now and it is so scary and exhausting.. I cannot thank you enough for doing this video… this gives me a lot more information

My first clue that something was wrong was that I stepped into my wooden shed and the wood grain pattern of the unfinished walls appeared to be shimmering. Scary and exhausting are excellent descriptors! I most often sleep in a reclining chair now so I don’t spend much time completely flat on my back.

Thank you Dr Hauser, you make more sense than any neurologist, orthopedic, spine specialist, or any of the many drs I've seen over the yrs. I have been struggling with an injured ligament in my neck that runs down from my head to my back and not 1 Dr can figure out the problem. I am 71 yrs old and have no curve left in my cervical spine. I have major visual disturbances where my right eye reads the image Im observing as if its slanted about 35 degrees off while my left eyes reads the image correctly. and this in itself messes with my brain, I have a lot of pain with this problem. EDS runs in my family. My daughter was diagnosed with a rather severe case. All of my joints are over flexible. If I had the $ I would be making an appointment right now to fly to Florida to see you. I am in the Upper Peninsula of MI. I have been telling my Drs to look up your videos if they want to know more about my symptoms and possible resolve. Almost all Drs have this blank look in their eyes when I try to tell them about how much of what you share is exactly whats going on with me. You are a blessing for all of us who dont know what to do, At least you help us become more educated about our bodies and I personally do not feel left out in Thank you ever so much

My NeuroOpthamologist told me that there was nothing wrong with me … I responded asking him why was I seeing double and he just answered “ I don’t know “ as he walked out of the room … and that was the end of my appointment.

I just want to give you a heads-up that EEG's many times are worthless. Believe or not what is better is a QEEG. Just neurologically, I have visual snow syndrome with migraines, vertigo, trigeminal neuralgia and the QEEG did note I have hyperactivity in the left lingual cortex. In addition, besides the abnormal brain activity, the root cause is Chronic/Reoccurring Epstein-Barr that went haywire after the 2nd Pfizer vaccine. Who figured it out. First, I figured out I had Visual Snow Syndrome, got tested at UC Berkeley School of Optometry Binocular Vision Clinic and they prescribed non-standard tinted (Violet 73% not FL-41) lenses. For the brain activity and Epstein-Barr it was the functional chiropractic neurologists that figured it out. They put me a modified Keto/FODMAP diet and supplement regimen. Finally, I do go to an Upper Cervical Chiropractor that does adjust C1, C2, and other vertebrae on a regular basis.

Unfortunately no, my daughter has notfound a cure for her Palinopsia. Depending on whether you have hallucinatory palinopsia or illusionary palinopsia makes a difference in the treatment. Hallucinatory palinopsia is usually due to a tumor, aneurysm, a carnitine deficiency, high blood sugar, etc. Can be treated accordingly. My daughter has illusionary palinopsia which is more difficult to find the cause. Sometimes it is due to certain medications such as topiramate and trazodone. Which wasn't the case with her. Hope you find relief from your palinopsia!

I love your videos! I've been sharing them with my MCAS/EDS/POTS clients and will be sharing to the group I run for that community as well soon. With instability, I'm always thinking about what causes it. Which in my experience seems to be prompted by inflammation that causes break down of CT and discs. Neuroinflammation is a huge factor and is becoming way too common these days. It adds to that blockage of lymph, blood and CSF as you mentioned as the brain has to unload more toxic byproducts. Any structural issues add to the reduced flow that's needed to drain all that. In the community I work with mold is almost always a factor in situations like this. It was absolutely the driver of my CT issues, disc degeneration, hypermobility, eye problems, MCAS/POTS/EDS and so much more. It caused me many of the symptoms you mentioned, including temporary blindness. A couple of times in both eyes for a day or more. Scary when nobody has answers! Once my exposure to mold was reduced and my body got caught up with draining the toxic load from my brain, there was less neuroinflammation, less IIH, less congestion of flow from my brain and my vision began to correct itself. With attention to mold, stabilizing my MCAS and strengthening of my connective tissue and discs I now have no abnormal vision issues at all and have the eyes of a 30 year old at the age of 55 according to my eye doc. Thanks for doing these Dr Hauser!

Not cell phone usage. Also, I have CCI discovered at CM and treated. I have hypermobile EDS and POTS. I am such a conundrum of what has caused what! 🙃I told my neurologist several years ago that I was 'pretty sure' that I have cervical instability.
Visual snow since childhood, palinopsia-trailing effect began some years ago.
Sometimes I will move my head/neck and suddenly I can feel like I am inhaling the freshest air-it's like my nasal sensory nerves wake up in those moments and it feels like I get a boost of steroids lol but once I move my head, back to whatever the dysfunction is.
Last year I saw the opthalmologist and one pupil was not dilating equal during the exam. I came back for follow up a few weeks later and that time both pupils were symmetrical and working at same speed dilating. There was something else opthalmologist saw & said & had transcriptionist note it.
    👍video
I also have benign joint hypermobility syndrome with joint subluxations.

Dr Hauser, I know that this cervical instability has got to be my problem I'm been suffering for years. I had a cervical discectomy about 10 years ago. Titanium plate six screws in my neck. I suffer with severe vertigo vision problems as I was watching on this video sensitivity to light I mean everything you're talking about I've been watching you for a long time but I live on the west coast in Washington State. I'm literally moving to South Carolina in October and I'm hoping that I will get to see you I will be making an appointment. I have been suffering for years with doctors just giving me the runaround making it sound like I am depressed and have anxiety. I need relief ASAP.

I have a lot of the symptoms you mentioned. Until now, I thought that I have Visual Snow Syndrom. My symptoms are exactly the same in both eyes. When I close one eye, I see exactly the same like when I close the other eye.
My Visual snow Syndrom symptoms started almost a year after being diagnosed with PVD (posterior vitreous detachment).
My question is, do you think my case could be releted to the neck?
And if I want to do the tests you mentioned, what specialist do I have to go to?

It is different for everyone as there curve is different! However, it includes exercises and sometimes braces or devices if needed and we frequently check your curve to see how it is improving. Chiro can be helpful for some but if manipulation is consistently happening it can really affect the stability of joints.

I've got this strange issue that is affecting my everyday life. Just found a new doctor here where i live, who looks to be mid-late 30's, new clinic, where he seems eager to help me out which is good. I'm supposed to be hearing back about MRI scanning for my brain, to rule out any organic abnormalities.
I've had neck issues in the past where I've been to chiropractors for adjustments. I never liked the idea of having to be "realigned", but seemed to help back then. Used to crack my neck all the time, but haven't been able to for years. I don't really push it to try as it doesn't feel as "strong" as it did back in the day. I'm mid 40's right now.
Been looking for symptoms, especially visually like mine and can't seem to find anyone else. Not even my eye doctor has seen this before, but I highly suspect its not my eyes as there are other symptoms.
What I get, especially when it flares up which can be caused by light physical work, like mowing the lawn, is I'll start feeling something like a lightheaded faintness creeping up, then comes the eye thing trigger. In both eyes, it's as if the veins on the optical disc, are flaring up, so it's right in the center of my vision. I get woozy when this starts happening. The vein like flare up can be brightened with a little color in them when I'm looking at brighter light. I don't get headaches when this happens, just feel like my consciousness is starting to fade a touch. The odd time it has happened when I'm trying to get some tasks done and get annoyed with it and just try work through it, I'll get dizzy spells. But now a days, I can get dizzy spells, and feel a little drunk, even without the eye thing being triggered.
It's affecting my work as well now. I'm starting to think the cervical instability might be the main cause. I do have near constant fatigue and brain fog. It sucks!
If anyone else has experienced this or knows someone, would be nice to know if they had any diagnosis to talk to my doctor about.
    Cheers

I have problems with my vision. It started mild and got worse. My balance is gone. That was mild and got worse. I feel like 100 lbs heavier than I am. My motor skills suck too. It feels like I'm on a boat 24/7. It's been 3 years. I'm on a break from chiropractor (money) and on 2/28 I go to a neurologist specialist. My neck curvature was not the best when my chiropractor took x-ray. I've had numerous doctors do numerous tests, including MRIs and lumbar puncture. I feel not as bad when I'm in bed. When I move around or walk slowly with my walker, I loose balance easily even when I sit straight. And my left side of my body feels like I had a stroke. And get the "butterfly feeling " on my left side when I move my head after I've been still for a little while.

You have it indirectly for everything but prolotherapy. Try to find an Upper Cervical Chiropractor to align the neck and a neuro-optometrist that will perform binocular vision testing for the eyes. In addition, I recommend seeing a functional chiropractic neurologist as well to do thorough neurological testing that MD's that are both neurologists and ophthalmologists won't do. I know this from experience. I have heard there a few Upper Cervical Chiropractors in Israel. For neuro-optometrists and functional chiropractic neurologists I am not sure if they are in Israel and you may have to make some medical tourism to Turkey and Eastern Europe that may have these practioners. However, before doing that, I would contact your local chiropractor and optometrist to refer you these specialists first.

I have a lot of these symptoms after a binocular test but my face is dropping so I think it's cranial 3 or 4 palsy. Maybe that's more severe pressure ? My pupil left eye dropped a little I can't move the eye up. Mri says severe narrowing c4 c5. Small ischemia in recent brain mri but all the after car accident. Mid brain vision trauma? No diabetes. Don't think it's a stroke. The one chiropractor used an activator at hugest setting and it was too high velocity. Getting a Righteye computer test today at a nearby Neuro/ chiro. Interesting to look at.

I have all of this from long haul covid. All of my vision issues did start with an experience of losing my vision for 30 minutes, like you mention. Afterward, I had blurry vision, floaters, light sensitivity, flickering, and after images. The eye doc said everything looks fine, like you said. I don't think my pressure was off either. I actually read how LC can cause cervical spine issues and instability. Do you believe viruses can cause this? I sort of think it's a vascular issues because of the issues covid causes. My goodness, you're so helpful though and given me so much helpful info in my journey. No one seems to understand. I did have a C2 malrotation, but my upper cervical correction has stayed for 3 months now. However, I still have these issues...Can I still have instability if I've kept my correction this long? when I move my eyes in a different direction, I see kinda of colourful lights (grey, green and black) in the peripheral part of the vision. Why? These visual problems can be solved? I've checked my eyes multiple times, but they are fine. Brain MRI is fine too. Thank you

Your right eye is still weaker than left. Still showing inflammation around right eye in this video. I saw that in your other videos I like that you share your health thank you. Try massaging around right eye regularly. My right eye levator palpbrae got weak but it was more mental from challenges. After strengthening muscles and health changes it’s totally disappeared. Then dentist hit the posterior superior alveolar and it started again and supplements and daily massage completely healed it.

Could this cause an inability to sneeze at all? I’m getting all these horrible blurry vision issues, headaches, light sensitivity, eye strain, ear fullness, but then also have other odd symptoms like haven’t been able to sneeze and urine dribble throughout the day. Everytime my MRI, CT, neurology, etc.. test come back normal the more I think this is my issue…

Thank you for this valuable information🙏 ı have photophobia but my condition is very scary for me. I can only use cellphone with blue light option is off and the lowest light level. When ı look computer, tv or fluorescent light for more than 5 minutes, ı get seizure like stroke. it is like my brain is electrocuted and get very bad confusion.I feel like ı got anesthesia or havily drunk.I start to say stupid things, can't find the right words and don't understand what are people saying.then my body starts to get numb and start gaging. So ı lost my job and my fiance left me 3 months ago. İ have been living in a dark room since then. I take asprin everyday that control my unknown seizure. But ı suffering maybe more than 50 symptoms which are all mentioned by Dr.Hauser in this and the other videos. I can not go indoor. this summer was torture for me.. ı am waiting for dying actually because this is insane...Please give me an answer... Could a photophobia can be so brutal? I know it is from the neck because i was a severe cervical dystonia patient for 7 years and was having a treatment.after that treatment all these redicilous things happened to me...
