When Katherine Grainger won gold at the London 2012 games in the double sculls rowing she decided to retire at the top. However, after two years away from the sport the allure of competing in a fifth Olympic games in Rio in 2016 has proved too strong to ignore. She has decided to return to the water and we catch up with her as she begins training again and starts on the road to Rio.
