People underestimate the importance of size vs usability. I pretty much bring my flip 5 everywhere. I even squeezed it a couple of times in my backpocket when I had my hands full going in/out the car. Ofcourse the charge is louder. But serious, the flip 5 doesn't disappoint. The sound can be considered 'way' more then 'decent' !
great review! i got just about all the jbl bluetooth line. i can pack around my little flip 5 just about anywhere! portability and sound is where its at...
I still cant decide. In my country flip5 cost 99 euros, and charge 4 115 euros. I don't care about the battery since I always have a powerbank with me. I care about bass rich warm sound, size and weight. Is the charge 4 sound noticeably better to overcome the portability issue? It's a hard decesion, maybe I should just get both :P

Yeah alright not all but a lot 😂 i can tell you this the charge is the overall better speaker but the charge 4 has only one mono driver ( like the flip 5)but does sound way clearer than the charge 3 The flip may sound a little clearer than the charge 4 but it's only a little bit and the charge 4 is louder and has more bass than the flip 5 But if i was you i would keep my money because the charge 4 is now like 2-3 years old so there will be a charge 5 now in less than 1 year
@@JelleKaerts Def. It's not a big bass booster but outside loud and bassy enough. Especially at campfires because it's so durable and easy to take with good batterylife. Approx max 8 people
