    Repulse monkey should be light footed toe to heel not clumping down like heavy cement ' master Cheng min.ching emphasised this constantly to his students as heavy footed and easily pushed over

    When Rolling back the weight should sink deeply into the back leg not the back '' it's bad form taking the weight into the lower back '' there is no step up between the first 2 brush knees ever but after the raise the foot should return to the same place ' also ward off the back foot should turn to a 45 and SUNK preventing this intervention movement that looks really rigid '' just check Cheng min Cheng and you'll see that this is a practical factual correction '' try not to clump your feet so heavily on repulse monkey because its embarrassing if a real martial artist sees this '' and stop taking all that weight into your lower back it's going to give you problems with your hair later ' just check the golden mean for the connection of legs to heart and back to hair ' it's a rudimentary knowledge for beginners

I mean, surely you don't want to be seen as an armchair expert who can only say but can't do, do you? Thx in advance!

    Apart from snake creeps down it's very poor incorrect form ' roll back for example if you watch master Cheng min.ching includes a definate sinking of the back leg with the push higher with hands together ' waving clouds the waist turns all the way so that the head and torso are completely turned and the kicks are way to high ' the second punch the whole body stretches forward and the last snake creeps down when the foot rises it should land lightly on a 45 not straight also the turn included a very important martial function with the left hand touching the appendix area the lotus kick is way to fast and high and the punches should be low not high ' it's very amateur thank the Lord this guy ain't teaching

      And by the way, what did you type the comments on? The spacing b/n words, the punctuation, the grammar, the spelling are all off! If you are going to rip someone in writing, please at least spell check and proof read first... It's hard to take someone seriously when he writes like a wanker.
