This the best of cheng man chin interpretation very instructive. Thanks for sharing. Please go more in-depth with the internal muscle control and the spinal vertebrae movement and internal control.I learned this over 50 years ago. Good refreshment for me. Has helped me immensely. Priceless.
Here is an English translation by my friend James Chan (with my fine-tuning of the wording) of the Five Loosening Exercises that Anna Tsai shows and narrates from 17:19 to 20:49: 1. 转 [zhuǎn] 腰 [yāo] 松 [sōng] 胯 [kuà] “Turn your hips and waist, and release your inguinal region.” 2. 合气 [hé qì] 松 [sōng] 身 [shēn] “Nurture and distribute the qi, and release the entire body.” 3. 摆 [bǎi] 臂 [bì] 松 [sōng] 肩 [jiān] “Coordinate the movement of all parts of the arms, and loosen the shoulders.” 4. 前 [qián] 弯 [wān] 松 [sōng] 筋 [jīn] “Bend forward, and release all muscular tension.” 5. 坐 [zuò] 腿 [tuǐ] 松 [sōng] 膝 [xī] “Sit into the weighted leg, and step with a loose knee.” These "loosening" exercises are also shown in a youtube video of Huang Xingxian (Huang Sheng Shyan).
