    This helped with understanding why the pretty sides faced eachother for flipping. I am using ripstock nylon- I would place it on top of my topper in that case wouldnt I? So prior to flipping, from the bottom it will be my nylon>topper>core>backer?

    Are these pads really leakproof during heavy bleeding days?

    • @HediSalm
      @HediSalm  2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      This one with this core is for just moderate flow. But if you want security on a heavy day, you'd need to add to the core and maybe add a waterproof layer like pul

      @christinecameron1612 3 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      Hi Shrikant, I have used cloth pads for almost 3 years, they wash clean just like normal clothes. What we do is rinse in cold water as much as we can, then soak in soapy water a while, then wash as normal, and dry in the hot sun or the clothes dryer. Also, disposable paper pads are made in industrial factories full of dust and fumes and chemicals, they are very filthy. A cloth pad washed carefully at home is much more clean and safe, and has NO period smell! I wish you may try cloth pads, they do make a period much better.

    • @aphroditeruvy5856
      @aphroditeruvy5856 3 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      The disposable pads are more dangerous and unhygienic. Our 😺 down there are really sensitive. The materials that was used to make disposable pads can irritate our skin. In short, it's dangerous to our health and also to our environment. These reusable cloth pads are much better than you think 😊 also, these pads should be washed thoroughly and use the right detergent, if not then it'll be unhygienic. It depends on the person who'll use it.
