My race with you and Super GT didn’t go really well for me because I haven’t driven the Corvette for a long time and it was pretty decent right up until I went off track. Stuff like this happens. So I think the Lexus and the McLaren are the go-to cars for this race. Not to mention the Supra. Great video Cy.
Not into the Meta thing but your track guide is really well done. Lots of good details to think about I did not notice at all in my few hours playing yesterday.
@@TyrannoCyrusRex same, your guide is the best out there, those details help me (low A on controller using motion control) to extract a minimum 1 more second per lap wich helps improving in a faster rate and keeping up with higher lobbies (using the meta car)

Good timing with the video, mullet and I were wondering what the antimeta would be today. So I've tried the vette, and then I did the Porsche, and I then tried the supra before it was known to be the metacar and currently my fastest vehicle. The McLaren was really strong in my lobbies so I have driven the 650S in time trial and I really like it. I'm intrigued now because you've explained a lot of the little secrets behind driving that car properly and I really want to see what I can do with it in a race. I'm in one of those lower skilled lobbies you were talking about in the United States early morning East Coast haha but it's a really good level for me I can occasionally squeeze out a win usually in the top five at least so for my skill level it's just right. And yes, you previously infiltrated our lobbies in the past and you and your buddies are incredibly fast but we all love you Cyrus. Keep bringing us these great videos and analysis.

The brand new D and C drivers are too much off pace, but A and up are totally fine, it's just so dead in the early mornings. Either way, I really hope the Macca works for you man!
It's one of the toughest! One thing I try when doing slower corners is to use really low throttle until the car gets moving just 5 to 10mph more before squeezing to full. The speed difference makes a big difference, I hope that can help!
Hey Cyrus, thanks for the video! I need to learn how to do the second chicane, I lost a good amount of time there. Im trying to use the NSX, because I'll race with Honda on Manu, and Im trying to figure out how to drive it. But I think I'll do some races with Mclaren.

Wowwww I wasn’t expecting this car lol. I was kinda expecting the corvette actually lol. I thought it was really good on a long run and it has good exit speed. I’m gonna have to try the McLaren tonight
I almost made it with the Corvette! There were too many in the top 100 in the end, and it seemed super, super good, but I kept getting into scary situations with the oversteer. It's wild the 650 has power now, it'll be OP in tire wear races!
@@TyrannoCyrusRex ohhhh so I wasn’t the only one?!?!?!? I thought it was just me and the line I was taking lol. I noticed when going over curbs it was extremely dangerous. Felt like all the grip instantly disappeared. I ran two races last night I was very impressed with its exit speed vs the Supra later into the race

Ah that makes sense! I was a big fan of that Needham guy, he was surely fast! I gotta say Grove and I are on great terms now, we had some good races earlier!
13:26 hey actually inhad a thought. For races that have a pit exit you need to worry about, its probably a good idea to cover how to take the first turn after a pit, right? I know I brake too late or too early almost every time I come out of the pits because I just don't know what the new reference points are, or how to take the turn quickly without getting a pit lane penalty.

The Corvette was almost the AMMC car but it's a bit scary on throttle right? It's super good when you get it down though.
